P.S. Thanks to Katie for only having a Wednesday evening to have her time and sacrificing the rest so I can go out and do all of this training. Thanks to Katie for constantly having the kids, getting them up on the weekends, changing them, feeding them, whilst I'm out enjoying the sun rise on a nice long run, having some peace and quiet. YOU'RE WELCOME!

Wow, you've had an incredible week of training! From the scenic 21K with Adam to the beautiful evening runs with the GTR gang and bumping into your pacer, Danielle - it all sounds epic. Your gear setup sounds spot-on, especially those toe socks for blister prevention! Best of luck smashing that North Downs Way time. You're looking calm and ready to drop bombs 💪💪 I'm sure you'll have a great race again buddy. Best of luck! Have you tried the Speedgoat 5 in the wide fitting at all? My feet are average width so I got the standard ones but thinking about trying wide next time.

🤞for the bucket hat return! Solid work on your training Ben, looking strong, you'll do great 💪 Those caffeine bullet ginger chews are really good, been using those too and they give a nice kick when you're feeling a bit groggy. Hope to see you out there on the day at some point. Will look out for the short shorts and bucket hut 😃

Yeah I am highly considering the bucket hat but it will be the race day decision but I will take it in the crew car regardless if I start in it or not. The ginger roars have been a game changer. They do certainly give you a lift. Thanks for all your support Ben and kudos once again for your UTS! 👏😎🤘
