I remember my 1st expo in 2018 when it was eliquids, Chinese vape companies and big stores. It’s was brilliant with great deals. Until expo is like this again don’t see the footfall changing which is a real shame. To be honest I’m looking at Stuggart & Paris instead to get my style and vape kits for next year. I will look at the exhibitors list for October expo but if it’s same as this one won’t be going and will save my money.

I am not interested in travelling all the way to Expo from Essex to see products like disposals or pod kits that I would never use. Vape Expo isn't now dead it died during COVID.

I still think the EU ruling of no bottle larger than 10ml can have nicotine, this needs to end. It causes so much wasted plastic having to buy all these 10ml nic shots and it's a massive inconvenience to us. It completely contradicts the goal to prevent children from vaping as well, no child is buying 100ml bottles.

I watched your Friday walk around and decided not to bother. I was bored out of my mind at the October expo and this just looked like more of the same.

No wonder it's empty Vic.....it's full of pods! Where's all the proper vape gear? I would eagerly travel 2 hours to see real gear, but I have absolutely no interest in another podfest.

Today (Sunday) was severely affected because of engineering issues at Birmingham New Street. All trains were cancelled when I got there at 9am and didn't begin running until between midday and 1pm - no trains were allowed in, out or through. Anybody coming by train from the North were screwed. It was okay for me because I just got on a bus but many coming for the day by train wouldn't have got to the NEC much before 2pm.

Public days should be about deals and seeing aspirational stuff, gear that you could afford if you saved up but not sure if its for you, so a chance to see it in the flesh convinces you to fork out the cash. I bought several expensive mods after being able to handle them in person in 2017-18 Expos.

The vendors for the other types of devices are not going to invest in traveling to vape shows like they used to when they aren't even coming out with product like they used to with most of the western world restricting or banning devices from sale A show like that lives and dies by the marketing budget of the big vendors and that simply isn't there anymore. It was being cut back before the manufacturers started cutting their social media teams. The bad part is, it isn't just shows, margins in general in most of the industry is heavily skewed to disposables.

US Vape Expos died in 2018. Media scare and flavor bans killed our industry.

I don't see the issue against pods they have they're place and they got a lot of people of cigarettes so pods for the win there agree to much pods launched that's similar but there is a few unique ones to the rebuilding market is a bit to slow I hope it'll pick up soon as myself I am slowly going to the rebuilding side of vaping great video vic

Vic you can’t possibly think all those disposable brands haven’t got ahead of the game?! Elfbar already do pods so do lost Mary. Pods/disposables are the old 50/50 liquid. This is like vape snobbery from yourself. It’s not designed for you so stop going move on or stay in the past.

What a depressing video. I started back in 2013, and really miss the innovation and the real sense of community. Still vaping on a Speed Revolution (without a stupid squonker) and make my own juice. These people can shove their plastic pods and their crappy vapes.

dont get everyones hate for the pod side of vaping. clearly there is a market for the pod and what remains of disposable market, so what people prefer the convienance of pods least they are not smoking cigarrettes, vaping is more than box mods and buildables about time everyone just relax a bit.

@@dansus99 fair but that was why they had the addition of the ohm zone surely, granted that particular area could be bigger but you have to market and build around the current trend, its simple marketing for the past few years the market demand for convienance in pods and disposables has been huge so they have to expo around that. with disposables going bye bye the vaping scene will likely see a shift to a pods and stock coil tanks and the expo next year will be built around that with a bigger ohm zone. point is the pod market will always be the main vaping focus to get people of cigs. cigs-disposable-pod-tank-rebuild
