The new video for the UK's 2010 Eurovision entry, called "Sounds Good to Me" and performed by Josh Dubovie.
The song has been written by Pete Waterman & Mike Stock who are busy finalising the song which will be taken to Oslo in May 2010.
This will give the rest of Europe the opportunity to cast their votes and decide whether the UK entry sounds good to them.

Agreed this is just as good as anything Pete Waterman ever did with Kylie, Jason, Sonia or Steps. Can't believe they were ever that bad, so can only conclude it was fashion that led to everyone saying it was terrible.

The good thing about the Britains is that they also take that (terrible song, I expected it to be last^^) with humor, I read an article at google news about how happy england can be that nobody went on the stage (like during the spain-song), so we didn't have to hear it twice ;-)

mawa89g No Jimmy had to answer a couple of question at the police station so he couldn't visit Josh (or Didtik for that matter) on stage. The reason for why I say Didrik is that he was so nervous that he doesn't remembet anything from the whole song, it became complete dark on stage for him. A visit from Jimmy would had woke him up at least!

It is right that the singer does not choose the song. Josh was only 19 years old here. An incredible opportunity for him to perform in front of millions on tv. Now 2 years on at the age of 21 Josh has performed around Europe & America. Plus Josh has been presenting some 'in house' sessions at UK tv Ch4. If this wins (assuming all the other entries go to the wrong hall on the night) it'll be spoken of in the same breath as 'Ding dinge dong' and 'Diggi-loo, diggi-ley' as a song that didn't deserve to win (although personally I loved 'Diggi-loo'!) I fear it's a well-deserved finish on the right-hand side of the scoreboard for us this year.

Hey, the idea is to enter a song that will appeal to Europe as a whole, not just the youth of the UK. Like it or not the europeans are nuts about this type of music and the song will probably do pretty well in the contest. Oh, Norway won last year with record points, urm cant say it has ever been heard of again the Uk, but it was number 1 all over Europe !!!!!

In my own opinion, I don't think this song is as good as last years Eurovision song. I wasn't that fond of Jade myself, but the song seemed alot better to me than this one. I think the UK needs to take a leaf out of Finland's book, and have a Metal band be an entry of Eurovision (not the screamo crap, I mean something like DragonForce or Iron Maiden. A metal band with true power).

In the 2010s we were going in fresh realm and leaving the 2000s and 90s behind. We were going in a critical path though but with a enthusiasm in my own younger generation. I would love to go back too this time, go to sleep and wake up in 2010. I just know what I would do if I went back too that time of what i know now. Be certainly prepared for what's to come, although have to wait a decade for a mario movie.... Lol but other things would just fit into place. Much better and nicer.

Next year the UK should send Muse or Gorillaz or some of their other amazing groups/artists. Why send this sugar coated bullcrap of a pop number, when Muse etc. could have delivered a memorable and unique piece of music to draw votes from all over Europe. Are the UK deliberately sending the worst kind of crap, so that they avoid ever getting anywhere near the victory (they might think it's too expensive to be hosts and want to ensure not having a chance?)

Be honest, Serbia and Lithuania were MUCH worse than this song. At least it's catchy. Of course lyrics are silly, but it's still kinda cute, while these two are NOT.
