I believe the powers that be in Unkraine should honour all the Russian soldiers that have died in Putin's war by having their names read (by good Russian speakers) in all available Radio or TV transmittions that can be received all over Russia. All 20,000 of them or whatever the latest number is these should be followed by thank you names from Russian soldiers who have been receiving skilled medical care in Ukainian faciliites. These should all be reported as having served in ' Putins War. It would be fitting to have this done on the Russian ' Victory' day. Their relatives deserve this information
