Are not between 1,000 and 2,000 Ukrainian casualties occurring every day? I don't see that as a stalemate.

The peace conference is very strange and nobody can understand why important politicians take part in this unusual procedure. In history have been such big conferences without the enemy only in a process of total enemy capitulation - see WWII or WWI with Germany. Normally it is always a deal between the two sides of war to gather for a settling of conflict.

Тогда точно так же Путин выдвинул требования, конечно, завышенные, потому что так работает дипломатия, чтобы было о чем торговаться и пойти на уступки, и точно так же их все проигнорировали, а западные СМИ преподнесли это как «ультиматум», в итоге России ничего не оставалось, как начать специальную военную операцию и уже силой принудить к переговорам. И уже весной 2022 года, то есть через 1-2 месяца, им пришлось идти на переговоры, Россия в качестве доброй воли отвела войска от Киева и некоторых регионов и даже почти договорились, а потом приехал Джонсон и, по сути, приказал Зеленскому отказаться от мирного соглашения, и теперь Украина лишилась 4 областей, понесла потери в 500-600 тысяч человек убитыми, имеет разрушенную экономику, разрушенную энергетическую систему, миграцию жителей порядка 15 миллионов, рабочего населения и на пороге очередной катастрофы. Сейчас Путин очередной раз предлагает договориться, конечно, с учетом нынешних реалий, когда возврата к прежним условиям уже невозможно, но это как минимум остановит войну, сохранит оставшуюся часть Украины и позволит перейти к восстановлению, и очередной раз западные СМИ преподносят это «ультиматумом» вместо переговоров и дипломатии, чтобы в очередной раз отказаться, свалив всю вину на Россию. Более того, те, кто смотрел данное послание Путина, могли обратить внимание на то, что обращение это было уже не к Зеленскому, Путин довольно просто намекнул, что Зеленский сейчас не легитимный президент, что, по сути, власть на Украине сейчас легитимна только одна - украинская рада, что все договора, которые подписывают сейчас страны НАТО с Зеленским, не проходят юридической проверки и в будущем не будут иметь никакого смысла, он даже привел несколько статей из конституции Украины с указанием статей из законов, которые подтверждают, что Зеленский не легитимен, а власть принадлежит парламенту, который, по сути, может проголосовать за переговоры. Но проблема в том, что Зеленский за 5 лет своей власти практически убил всю оппозицию, там просто нет никого, кто бы мог сказать что-то против, он реально превратил страну в жесткую диктатуру, где уровень свобод на самом низком уровне из всех стран, на их фоне Северная Корея - это оплот свободы и демократии. Так что обращение это, по сути, к западу, а точнее, к тем, кто может поменять этого злобного диктатора Зеленского на более вменяемого, с которым можно было бы разговаривать, и уже потом можно обсуждать план мирного урегулирования, идти на компромиссы, уступки и прийти к ситуации, которая всех устроит. Проблема только в том, что лично я не вижу вменяемых на самом Западе, Украина для них - расходный материал, и, как говорится в одной известной фразе, одна смерть - это трагедия, а миллион смертей - это статистика. И если они в очередной раз все это отвергнут, то у России опять не будет другого выбора, как идти дальше и забрать еще 2-3-4 области, уничтожить еще 500-600 тысяч солдат Украины, разрушить еще больше энергетической системы и убить окончательно украинскую экономику. И все это печально наблюдать даже для русских, потому что очень жаль, что Россию вынуждают на жесткие действия вместо того, чтобы мирно договориться.
