As a pro Ukrainian, I feel that it's important to acknowledge Ukrainian losses. I get it's bad for morale, but hearing all is perfect, sunshine and rainbows isn't very credible either. Maybe it's not the focus of the news but if I keep hearing nothing but pro Ukrainian and reality doesn't match that, I'll begin to question everything being said as merely propaganda rather than fact and then wonder what is really happening and what is embellished or outright fiction.
That's simply not true. They do show Ukrainian losses but not on a daily basis. Also, they do not show Ukrainian losses that much because there are simply not as much videos of it.
Thanks for the news as usual Enforcer...I only wish I could watch it live...Time difference unfortunately... Matt I hope you get better soon...Keep well

Reason for the incursion: 1. To get some tangible gains in the war 2. Accelerated demise of the Russian economy as this adds to the cost to 1Russia. 3. Allows easier access for air strikes deeper into Russia. As well as giving greater air defence for Ukraine. 4. Destabilising government 5. …………
Its one thing taking land its another thing keeping it. These people hate you and will do crap against you. So you need soldiers left behind, everything from humanitarian food ect. Or they will rise up, and to patrol the streets from looters. These are tied up and are no longer fighting.

Glory to Ukraine slava Ukraine pryvit keep smiling and be happy
I watched this live last night, but did so on my pad which did not allow for posting a response. My take on this incursion is that Ukraine is going to dig in at easily defended positions (like the river/marsh) and go on the defense. Every day that there are Ukrainian forces in Russia is a day where Putin looks impotent. He will move mountains to expel them. I imagine you will see "meat assaults" like we have not seen to date in this war. I do not see this as a bargaining chip, but as a move that will require Kursk to be the Russian's number 1 objective, if for no other reason than a psychological one. The autumn rains are not far away and all offensive actions will be curtailed until the ground freezes and when that happens the Kursk "meat grinder" will begin. I expect a Ukrainian counter-offense in the south and/or east at this time. This whole operation is taking advantage of Putin micro-managing the war as Hitler did, and when that happens with a dictator, it becomes about ego and face as opposed to strategic moves. Putin sees this incursion as almost an attack on his manhood and therefore will react accordingly. One just has to study how Hitler behaved in order to have insight into how Putin will behave. I would point out that Ukraine picked an area for its incursion that does not have a lot of paved roads, This also points to the fact that when the autumn rains come, they will have some breathing space to strengthen their defensive positions. This lack of infrastructure will play in the ultimate defenders' favor. Ukraine also received a shipment of Hawk batteries, or soon will be in the new package, and I imagine they will be moved forward in this theater simply because they are effective at dealing with Russian planes using glide bombs and are not as high value target as Patriots are. This is a very strategic move in that it has captured a large part of Putin's mind and the Russian perception of Putin as the defender. This is more of a checkers move than a chess move in that it will require Russia to make the "jump" and in doing so, it will open up two fronts for Ukraine.
Mendelssohn is a Jewish name. Stalin initiated a policy of "Progroms" against the very large Jewish populations in a variety of regions throughout Soviet Russia. Many very famous Jewish families and Rabbinical scholars of historical significance originated in different places in Russia. But the Progroms combined policies of forced expulsion, genocide that was encouraged and committed by the friends and neighbors of the local communities that they had known for generations, as well as being rounded up and sent to forced labor camps and concentration camps that were created by the regional governments. So one way or another, the Jewish populations in Soviet Russia were exterminated, though some were lucky to be forced out as opposed to murdered. There are endless stories of local mobs rounding up their Jewish neighbors who had recently been friends and local shop owners, bakeries, grocers, etc. where they were beaten, stoned and/or burned in the center of town. I have no compassion for people who can turn on their friends and neighbors because they are whipped up into a murderous frenzy. "When you listen to fools, the mob rules." - Black Sabbath
Logistics is another factor putting roads and rails well within artillery range putting more pressure on using the Kerch route /bridge to route supplies north to the Donbas
At 3:20.41 you said Columbus didn't have a translator. He did! But since he thought he was going to India or China the translator was fluid in Arabic. The Arabs were trading in the area. The translator was Jewish. One of at least 2 Jews with Columbus. You would have thought that Columbus would have have thought, if this is India, where are the Arabs and the Europeans? Another thing people never ask is: why would Columbus and the Spanish think it was India and not China. Well it is further south and explorers could figure latitude at that time, but not longitude. All the old maps had India directly over China. No Thailand (Siam), Myanmar (Burma) etc.
Ruzzia was an ally of Hitler till he invaded them. The US still provided lend/lease. Understandable to relieve the western front a bit. But they could have provided less and let ruzzia fight its own war. Lend/lease gave us the cold war and soviet-union as it was.
The areas in Russia that have been evacuated are reported to be being looted by Russians, not Ukrainian forces. This needs more coverage as it may cause civil disruption in Russia.
47:25 The ukrainian soldier promissed on camera that he will bring nice sign back, one in ukrainian language. 50:11 The sign means something like "Drivers appreciate the hard work of road workers" Which seems to be ironic seeing the state in which that road is in. 50:22 The sign tells something like "Have a good ride" Or maybe better "Have a pleasant journey"
They need to take Belgorod before they take Kursk. Taking Belgorod will take pressure off the city of vovchans'k and free up resources. Russians would already be entrenched in Kursk.
I think they've crossed into RU to further undermine industrial production and to offer the locals the joy of frequent brown outs. I don't think they'll attack the Kursk power plant, far too risky and too much logistics involved in keeping it running safely. But blowing up the relay stations and power lines feeding current to the region, ends the majority of industrial production. There are large steel plants over there, building a tank without steel is a bit of challenge. Traffic lights need power, trains and trams do too. It's a variant on sending a drone to a switching station in a refinery or to the loading quay of an oil depot. You don't need to blow up the well, just get the switchboard and the spares storage.
Do you think Russia sent the goats to north Korea because they were unimpressed with the amount of missiles and shell's they received from north Korea that disintegrated in mid air and blew up in the face of Russian artillery troops? Or is it that the only thing Russia has around to pay them with is goat. Maybe I have it all wrong and putin is saying thanks for the amno my fellow unpopular dictator, here's some goats because your the Greatest Of All Time
I don't know how russia dident see the attack coming ? i mean they have satellite imaging don't they? unless it crashed years ago and it cant be rebooted unless tech support goes up there?
There blinded by pride because of fake new/propaganda most of them probably don't even know what really going on aside from the news they get to see on television caus there internet is limited on what they may see
Those orcs have a problem: According to their information the Oekraïne lost 750.000 men and didn’t excist anymore. So, who can speak still Russian and Oekraïne language who have been invading their Oblast?
What can they believe from military news from Russia anymore? Why can’t they watch anymore RU-vid? At the start at February 2022 the Dutch promised that Putin would bring the Russian Federation back to the quality of live at his birthday seventy years ago. The SWIFT blockade would be effective. Recent America started secondary sanctions to Turkey’s and China banks, and they cut all banking services with the Russian government. Today the shops just sell their stocks without replacing them because they can’t import them without money. So, civilians themselves start traveling to Turkey and China, taking bags with goods trying to sell them abroad and buy return goods to smuggle them to the Russian Federation. It’s very worse for their foreign trade.
Unfortunately not all the allies have a full set and some can be easily intimidated by the Russians but some more than others. We have a Churchill in the form of Zelensky but the Roosevelts of this world have still not met their Pearl Harbour. At present the allies are like a pack of African wild dogs, each taking a little nibble but to afraid to take a proper bite.
