The Scandinavian countries and the Baltic states have the right idea. Give Ukraine everything now! This slow drip of weapons and ammunition is only dragging it out. Also the stupidity of not allowing Ukraine to use these weapons inside Russian only serves the Russian narrative.

As far as I'm concerned this whole olympics freakshow should be canceled and the air defense sent to Ukraine.

The Aster missile is not as good as the Pac-3 as in Range, but is still very good! And has been proven in the Red Sea!!!! So it works!

One limitation on the provision of more Patriot batteries that I haven't thought of before is the possibility that Ukraine only has a limited number of places it can hide these systems. Even if they can shoot down 50 - 75% of Iskandar and other hypersonic ballistic missiles, a few of these Russian missiles will get through. At 1 billion dollars a pop, Ukraine and the West can't afford to lose too many of these extremely expensive systems, so spreading them around in the open, except in a few key areas, is not feasible. Just my two cents, as I haven't heard anyone else mention this theory.

Just a comment on that North Korea kit… I may be totally wrong here…but how do they do maintenance on them when they are stored so close? And wouldn’t you have them on some type of jack to keep the weight off the tyres? Even if you aren’t running them for 5 minutes each week, you must surely turn them over…

So far I don't think any of the seized yachts have been sold. And they will be impossible to offload as any judgement can be disregard by the Russian gov and its allies meaning 1/4 of the global you can't travel to without exposure to risks. And if someone can afford couple of hundred million for a yacht they unlikely want such limitation or risk.

PAC-3 has the bigger Range hence why it is a Ballistic defense missile. The PAC-2 is great for cruise missiles, jets, helicopters, etc.

So there is supply & demand working for you as they are under $ 1,000 at the factory gate ( US were paying $ 500 each ) At those prices it makes drones look a lot lot lot better bang for you buck particularly as Ukraine wants to blow through 10,000 shells a day = 30 million / day You see why I keep on rabbiting about UAV's because $ 30,000,000 would buy 10,000 Vampire drones and that = around 10 drones per km of front line or 1 drone stationed every 100 yards . That is an impenetrable force capable of striking 20 km into the enemy's territory and driving russia back into the Azov sea in a couple of weeks . Even better it could be 10,000 KIA a day every day and that is what Ukraine needs to do to bring russia on it's knees to the peace talks . The tragedy is we could have been in this position almost a year ago if the Ukrainian generals forget about the WW I tactics. They do not have the resources to defeat russian playing russia's own game and the sooner the idiot mororns staffing the Ukrainian high command realise this the sooner they will defeat russia . A feather weight is not going to beat a heavy weight standing in a boxing ring toe to toe trying to go punch for punch and why Ukraine's generals insist on doing this is beyond belief.

Europe should not buy from USA and should spend more on getting their own industry going. Like as the leaders in USA has proven once that they can not be trusted we should NOT invest in their industry and if we started 2 years ago pumping into our own we would have the production so my point is that better to start pumping late than never but the worst thing we could do is buy from USA(let it be an american brand as long as it produces on European soil and does not follow the USA government when they have their internal conflict saying yes and no a long as its the opposite of what the other side says, like I have seen children have a more grownup way of solving arguments than the leaders in USA that seem it is ok to play around with peoples lives). All it needs is one leader like Trump and the armies in Europe has no ammo so every penny should go towards building up the military industry in Europe! Even if the ammo starts to flow in 6 months we can at least rely on the flow after that, thinking that USA will help is like gambling your house on lottery in hope of paying off the loan. So let USA be a bonus but NEVER trust them because if they have a pimple on their right cheek they will try to blame that on the left cheek ending up in looking like the thing in the middle.
