Yes - It can hold a full DSLR, so an action camera would be an easy job!

Telesin has an arm similar to Ulanzi, which one do you think is better for mouting bike or hold camera strongly?

Can you mount it on a car headrest?

I mounted it on the driver headrest inboard support bar on my BMW. Very effective and out of the way from the sun and heat near the windshield. Anyone walking up on the driver side would have quite a challenge in seeing it.
