[ULC] This new Dustswap Papyrus Encounter is INSANE 

I record with the Roblox Recorder, The quality sometimes is bad but sometimes it isnt. About the lag, you should use Low Quality before recording.

@@Greengamerplay2 use low quality for small hitbox bruh (you turn into Blueberry instead of Swap when you use it)
