@@kevinkavanagh5455 It wasn't..... .however Ireland was part of the UK at that time. Before the cowardly rebels in Ireland seized their opportunity, when the real heroes were fighting and dying on the Western front.

@@liamg1706 In your own little head maybe.... The British sent a gunship down the Liffey and quashed it. Britain was fighting a world war also. No one was sent running, only the cowardly Irish rebels who werent fighting on the Western front. The only reason Ireland got independence was because the British agreed partition. Youre version is a little bit misinformed kid.
