I love that Dr. Dray isn't easily swayed by expensive or hyped up products. I really trust her opinions, even if I'm fine with fragrance in some products. 😊💞
If you are interested in anything you better buy online early. Like 12:00 am. Was very disappointed to have my Lancôme concealer cancelled at 12:30 yesterday afternoon as it was sold out. I ordered it at 8 am! So just letting you know if you haven’t participated in this before….
I've noticed with Ulta ( it's always popular normally expensive products ) when there's a good deal, I honestly think they limit on how many they sale. Products don't go out of stock so quickly and a few days later ( when the sale is over ) its all of the sudden back in stock. I've noticed this so many times. Products that go out of stock are usually out of stock for several weeks not a few days. They also do this with their daily free gifts with purchases but only with popular products.
@@ES-fc9cy sometimes you won't know until they ship your order. I got an email saying that the Avene retinal eye cream was back in stock ( this was a sale they had several weeks back ) I got so EXCITED because it was 50% off and the sale ended the following day. I quickly placed my order. When I got the email saying my order shipped, I was so taken back because it said I wasn't being charged for the Avene eye cream because it was out of stock when I placed my order. I sent them pictures of the email they sent me saying that product was back in stock before I placed my order. Then they tell me it's back in stock and to reorder even though it was no longer 50% off. It was a slap in the face. And once again it proves to me that they have a limit on how many products they sell during their sales.
Yes, I was bummed as well. But I found it on sale at Sephora as well so i purchased it last night and picked it up at Kohls today. It’s a concealer I’ve been wanting to try for awhile.
@@paulayarbrough6930- I was very diappointed last year when I discovered that the sale price is not available if you wish to purchase at the store. Im not sure if it is worth trying again.
I use this concealer, however I didn’t like it at first. One of the artists in store redirected me to it and showed me how to use it. 1. The shades get lighter as they dry 2. A tiny amount and warm it up before applying. It’s my favorite now. The employee was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly why I didn’t like it at first.
Thanks for the video and recommendations! Diamond and platinum online shoppers - watch out for shipping charges. You should be receiving free shipping. I (and a number of other people) have been charged shipping when buying the featured item on sale. It won't show it in your email confirmation but the pending charge in my bank account shows I'm being charged shipping. Apparently there are reddits complaining about this and other Ulta customer service issues. Be diligent.
@@AprilMay-s8e I just saw today in my bank statement that Ulta credited my account the shipping charge. Never received an email or notification in the app about it but I have the money so I'm happy I didn't have to try and call cust service.
So helpful, thank you!🙌🏻 Bye Bye Under Eye is my go-to concealer for my 48 year old skin. I'm very fair and use the shade 10.5 Light (C). My hacks for other "wiser years"😉 people to get it not to crease: Apply it over E.L.F.'s Power Grip primer; start with a tiny amount on the smallest concealer brush you can find and only over the darkest area; spread it out with a damp, mini beauty sponge; set immediately with It Cosmetics setting powder or whatever your favorite is. If you don't want to use primer directly under your eyes, you can skip that step and instead, set the concealer with setting spray before using your setting powder. To do this, I use a 2nd mini sponge that I spray a light mist of setting spray on. You need to use the lightest hand when doing this technique because you're wetting a cream product. It might take some practice.💖
Hi Dr. Dray, Thank you for a helpful video. It! Bye Bye Undereye is my favorite concealer. It is very thick, so application is a little bit different than other types of concealer. Squeeze a TINY amount onto the back of your hand to warm it up. Spread it around a bit then apply to undereye area with a brush. Very moisturizing. A little goes a long way! In terms of color, best to go to the store and get matched. I did have to try a few shades before I found the right one for me, but Ulta will take back ones you don't use with the receipt. There are more shades online than in the store, I think. Good luck!
I really like the Bye Bye under eye concealer. I had to get color matched at a Sephora the last 2 times I bought it because of winter vs summer skin tone variations. Works great for me over the years!
Hi. Yes, I have used the IT cosmetics bye-bye under eye. It’s very good. Couple of things: it is thick, you need very very little so a tube is going to last a while. I typically put a small dab on the back of my hand, warm it with my ring finger or use a foundation brush. It is also full coverage. I alternate this with another concealer if I want something a little more sheer.
I used the Cosrx Snail Mucin cream for years and years (in fact, that's how I first found your channel, looking for reviews many years ago when you first vlogged about it!), and I like it a lot. But I just tried the essence earlier this summer and it is so much better for my skin type! So glad they came out with it. It's especially great right on top of prescription creams (like retinoids); I always feel like it makes the retinoid sink in better!
I have the It Cosmetics concealer & really like it for dark hollows-have tried almost every concealer out there. This is more full-coverage + stays put. I still use a peachy color corrector (bobbi brown) beneath. Great sale price!
Happy Monday Dr Dray & everyone . I don't shop at ULTA that much , but always value your reviews of products . Have an amazing day love to mom and Tybee xoxoxo
Beekman 1802 - Milkshake, Bloom cream, Smoothing serum and eye cream. It’s what started the healing of my autoimmune itchy, dry dry, sensitive skin. Then I added Cosrx snail mucin at night with the Avene tolerance balm. My skin is so smooth now & holding some hydration. My dark spots do not annoy me anymore having hydrated skin. ❤
Hi Dr Dray I use the Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence and I love it, and I also have been using their galactomyces serum for more than five years now and I love it also. I wouldn’t be without both of them. They make my 71 yr old skin so smooth and soft. I will definitely be purchasing the cream over 3.52 Oz for $13 is a steal. Also I’ve tried the PTR cloud cream in a generous sample size and it did work quite nicely on plumping my skin up and temporarily lessening the look of fine lines, but even at half price it’s a no for me. Also I have tried the Beckman goats milk serum and it’s very good for lessening lines around my eyes and works great under makeup for my summer combo skin. Thanks for a great video Dr Dray! Your product reviews are so on point and deeply appreciated!
Hi Dr. Dray. The IT concealer is great. You need so little. That tube will last over a year easily unless you are using it as a foundation. It runs a bit light in color. I use the original medium. Now I think there are a lot more choices. I’d recommend going to the store before the sale to check it out.
Normally my foundation and concealer would be in the light color group :) I think you are a little cooler toned and fairer than me. But it’s hard to say watching you on the tv
I hate it, creases and clumps worse than any other under eye concealer ive tried. Makes my eyes look so dried out and heavy. Been interested in the tinted first aid eye treatment, also has niacinemide...waiting for it to go on sale
Thank you for your recommendations, Dr.Dray. if you purchase the IT Cosmetics concealer, know that a little goes a long way. I've even used it as light foundation for a quick out the door look!
I absolutely LOVE the It cosmetics bye bye under eye. You need the tiniest little bit to make a big difference. I use it as a concealer/foundation. Might sound crazy to use such a heavy product, but I use the tiniest little bit to spot correct/brighten. Plus it lasts FOREVER.
Ooh I'm definitely interested in that Beekman sleep mask. 🤔 I might pick that up. Sounds pretty good. And yay, so happy to see the CosRx snail mucin cream will also be on sale. I've never tried it before since I use the power essence mainly but I'm looking forward to giving the cream a try.
I feel the It Cosmetics concealer is very thick, almost like paint, and it is very drying on my eczema-prone eyelid skin. I currently wear the colorscience SPF under my eye, and sometimes just a small dab of Nars Radiant concealer, which is personally my all time favorite concealer for brightening.
@@pinkarate1 fragrance free moisturizer and all over SPF as a base every day is important too!! Dr Dray has great videos on eczema including on the face.
I have been using bye bye under eye concealer it’s amazing. It’s hydrating. It’s better than Huda’s Faux filter one because it’s gets dry and patchy under my eyes.
Clinique does not like me at all. I used it twice and I had like twenty cystic pimples on my chin no exaggeration. I just bought the IT cosmetics CC Cream. I love it
Happy Monday Everyone! I do not care for Bye Bye Undereyes, I find it to thick and easy to get to much on. For me the it cosmetics feels like you have to much heavy makeup on your face. I know a lot of people love it.
Hi Dr Dray, I was wondering about your opinion on the Clinique All About Eyes Eye Cream! Also, which one you prefer: the All About Eyes or the All About Eyes Rich Eye Cream. Thank you!
Hi Dr. Dray. Love your videos and reviews! Fellow derm pa here. What are your thoughts on the Black Tea Age-Delay Eye Concentrate from Fresh? I know black tea can be helpful and effective for facial dermatoses. What do you think as an every day eye cream? Thanks so much.
Thank you so much for your professional opinions on these products. I’ve been considering trying the Beekman 1802 products and snail mucin so now with your knowledge I have made an informed decision to buy these and give them a try. I can’t wait to compare reviews of the Beekman products after you try them. I look forward to that future video.
I’m also interested in the Beekman sleep mask. I have combination skin with a very oily T zone - do you recommend products like this for my skin type or are we better off using a light moisturizer?
The Clinique Take The Day Off Balm is a great product. I have tried many and they keep putting that freakin fragrance in them, some are gritty or they don’t remove the makeup like Clinique does. Clinique does not dry out your skin and it really cleans your skin for the better. The Elf one has fragrance that annoys me. I wish that they would stop 🛑 with the fragrance!
Bye bye under eye concealer is nice but a little greasy. Leaves a shine under the eyes. You need to matte it down with a setting powder. You only need a tiny dot. A little goes a long way. It does cover very well.
Happy Monday, Dr Dray! I don't shop at ULTA very much but I appreciate your thoughts on the sale products. Thanks for all you do. Hope you have a blessed evening. 💚
The it bye bye concealer is very high coverage and has a thick consistency. Use very little and warm up with your fingers first before applying, and it’s very good, you just need a thin layer
I have tried Beekman primer(has spf 30 i think), serums, cleanser, moisturizer and use sparingly cuz of price, but am really impressed with how beautifully smooth and balanced they immediately make my skin. I suspect with regular use , t’would be even better. Plus, I raise Nigerian Pygmy goats ! Goat milk is pure magic, though smell not enjoyed by all! Please let me know how mask is, ad I will covet it until another sale. Too late this time
The it bye concealer is a very think consistency. It’s by far the best coverage concealer on the market. I used in for years. After I turned 40I found that it made fine lines look worse. It looked cakey after setting it, so I had to say bye bye to it, sadly!
I tried the IT cosmetics under eye concealer years ago and BOY is it full coverage. Like impossible to thin out IMO. Super full coverage just does not work well for me but this was years ago, perhaps the formula has changed. Eager to hear what you think doc!
Peach and lily were my first venture into kbeauty . I love the products. My skin was at a standstill when I started with the products. Wow! I experienced amazing changes. Right now I’m crying because I left the moisturizer in a hotel room 😢
😂😂😂 Can't stop laughing Doctor Andrea when you said that if the cosrx all in one cream jar fall on the floor you are screwed so you are in for a treat ? 😂😂😂. It reminds me the quote from Dirty harry " Do you feel lucky punk 😎😂" . The cosrx is a go to for me too the feel is just one of a kind at least to me 😊❤. I can't partake in the ULTA (due to=> I'm in Greece 😂) thing but guys don't let it pass you might actually benefit from it quite a lot ❤.
Dr. Dray, I love the It Cosmetics bye bye under eye concealer for my purple genetic dark circles! I have a light-medium skin tone but actually use the tan 30.5 (c) shade for the strong peachy tone that acts as a concealer and color corrector in one! I don't know what undertone you usually go with, but I think you would be in the fair-light category for this concealer. I will warn you though, it is a thicker concealer due to its heavy coverage and skincare content, but it feels moisturizing and sets down with powder well!
Hello Dr dray… I had a terrible breakout after taking too many b12 shots ( I was extremely low ), can you explain to us why this happens, b12 and acne .. love from Saudi x
Hi Dr Dray! Could you please do a video on some face washes your would recommend for pre teen ages? My child that is 10 is starting to have small pimples and would like to introduce them to a gentle yet effective cleanser that isn’t too harsh for their skin. Thanks!
I have guttate psoriasis . I’ve had it since I was 7 ( now 40) it is RAW and painful and covering most of my body excluding my face and hands . Can you do a specific video on what I could do ?
Hi Dr dray is it possible for you to do a video on seborrheic keratosis warts and any advice you have on them I have lots of my scalp that are very prominent. I cannot afford to get them removed privately unfortunately:( any advice would be helpful ❤️🙏
I love Peter Thomas Roth's Water Drench. I highly recommend it. And the amount you get lasts forever. Very worthwhile buying at this price! Looking forward to trying the Snail Mucin! Since you are so impressed with it, I might get two! Thank you.
Greetings Dr Dray hope u r well n 🖐Hello Every1 n Happy Monday😀n what a Wonderful Vid…. thanks n This is Gonna b so Good🔥👍n Continued Blessings to All💜….
DDF were the best products and affordable. I actually got suberb results when I didn't even know what I was really doing. Thank you for the update on Ulta sale. I did buy the Empella night cream on sale from Lovely Skin and will give you a follow-up with its use.
i’m probably gonna try the kiehl’s rare earth clay mask. it’s super popular but I could never justify that price point. i’m curious how it compares to the cetaphil one.
In her video on neck wrinkles from a couple years ago, she recommends both the drmtlgy product and a retinol product as some choices. I believe she's talked about the avene .05 in her retinol for sensitive skin video.
Hello doctor, my nephew has some strange kinda nail fungus on his foot thumb, and it's getting worse day by day. Would you like to see it and suggest any treatment
I found the ByeBye concealer drying, 65 yo in high elevation/dry climate. Please consider doing a video on skincare for mature skin dealing w high altitude/dry conditions. For example 3 drops of serum doesn’t cut it up here. Need 5 or more. TY
Have your ever gone to a Mac counter at been color matched? Basically I’m saying not a Sephora more in a dept store. I’m suggesting this because in almost every other foundation or concealer that co will post the equal shade with their co. I know IT does because I’ve called them about it. This has proven to be a lifesaver for me. Since Covid color matching is more difficult. The only other thing that has worked for me is that I think at least 90% of the time I match with that RU-vidr Stephanie Marie and she posts all her shades with everything so if you’re anywhere around a NC25 you can look at her shades and extrapolation from there. Basically it means I’m light Med with neutral undertone although I think I lean warm.
Been trying to place an order with Ulta for weeks. Something is majorly wrong/buggy with their app and website. I really want to make a a few purchases during the sale, too!
Yes, it is wonky. I called customer service about it. I placed an order about 1 1/2 weeks ago. It showed I still owed a balance in the invoice. Called CS. It went thru. Just order and call CS to confirm the order has placed...and on the way. Good luck! I also deleted the app for a bit and reinstalled today. Will see if they have fixed it.
When the ULTA website became testy with me, I cleared cookies and cache and restarted my order in a fresh tab. When ordering a popular item during the sale, I clear the cookies and cache then quick get the items I want in my cart and check out without browsing around the site.
Love the It under eye concealer. I like to use a lighter shade. It’s easy to blend, most of time I use my finger, but can use a brush too. It covers really well. 👍
