Uh oh. I said to myself earlier today no more skincare purchases for awhile 👀. But I’ve lied to myself before, so I’m getting “ just a couple of things “ Thanks Dr. Dray! 🎃✨
Thanks for showing the gift sets. I enjoy giving them to friends and family and to know which ones meet your approval makes me feel even better giving them. I also enjoy getting gift sets too. It's a fun way to try out different products. Happy Thursday, Dr Dray! Hope you have a nice evening. 💗
Yessss the tree hut shave oils are a huge game changer ❤ I use the tropic glow and buy my husband the coconut lime, he goes through it faster than I do and I can’t complain for the price and results! 😍
Ulta has a bunch of cleaners on sale for 15$ and a lot of them are originally 40+ I bought the nurse oat peptide cleanser and the Peter Thomas Roth anti aging cleanser and LOVE them both
Different topic, but just scored some Kroger sunscreen - the dupe for Supergoop Glowscreen. A little shiny, but I pop some Colorscience powder over it and I'm done. Thanks for the tip, Dr. D.
This is funny. I went to Ulta today to purchase an eyeliner. I checked my phone before going in and your video popped up so I watched it before going in. I brought the Eilish eau de perfume and I'm in love with it! I never would have tried it if not for you. I got the last gift set (big bottle and a purse size). It wasn't on sale but the gift set was only a little more than just the regular bottle and the purse size is generous. Thanks so much.
Can you do a video about clean brands and how to determine if a product has a good preservative system or not? I’m finding I want to try more “clean” brands, but I also don’t want to waste money on something that will go bad quickly or may not be effective.
In the 1980’s, I used to buy a goats milk soap from Crabtree and Evelyn. Loved that it made my skin so soft and the faint fragrance didn’t irritate my eczema prone skin. I don’t think that brand is around any longer… BUMMER!😢
Dr Dray! Thank you for all you do to educate people. I’ve learned so much from you over the past couple of years. I came across a Korean tone up cream at TJ Maxx when hunting for k beauty and bought it not knowing what it was. Did some research and there’s not many reviews of different types of tone up creams and definitely not from a doctor. Would love if you could review some different tone up creams with spf if possible please! Btw TJ Maxx has that same cos rx snail set for $16.99 instead of $25 :)
So cool! I'm actually at ULTA right now. 🧡 I was able to snatch that Beekman sleep mask with the melatonin in it during the sale and I'm really loving it. I hope you'll give it a try one day. 💜
Hi Dr. Dray, can you speak to the efficacy of fermented lactic acid on the skin? There’s a product at Target by the brand Ferver called the Fermented Lactic Acid Exfoliating Tonic. I was wondering if it’s gentler on skin than regular lactic acid. Thank you!
The one skincare pro I've seen talk about this is Penn Smith Skincare (master esty). She went over several of their products in video from about a year ago (it's got fermented skincare in the title).
Good day Dr. Dray I’m with you on being finicky with my perfumes. The only perfume that doesn’t bother me is Ralph Lauren blue and they recently discontinued. I hope it comes back, fingers crossed.
Wish I could do this, but my oily skin won’t allow me. Even if you wash it off in the morning, I just can’t do it. Plus, doesn’t it get all over your pillow while you sleep? I’m a side sleeper, I can’t stand when just normal skin care makes my pillow case stick to my face lol
@@DrDrayzdayYou're So Welcome Gorgeous Lady!! I've been really enjoying this week, and the weather has just been perfect!! Thank You Always Dr. Dray for All You Do,there ar3 no words to describe how much you are Appreciated and Loved!! God Bless!!🙏❤️❤️❤️🙏

I really enjoyed the Tarte tubing mascara. A little sometimes landed under my eye when cleansing, but wiped right off. It never flaked for me. I’m just waiting to find it on sale again to stock up
I actually love the Ariana Grande perfumes. I am not a fan of the original Thank You Next though. It’s too strong. I want to try some of the products you mentioned so I am hoping to grab the gift sets. Thanks for sharing.
Hempz has a sugarcane & papaya exfoliating herbal lip gloss that has AHAs in it, they have a scrub version as well and they’re both at Ulta. If you’re not into glosses you can just use it like a mask and wash it off eventually. 😊
In this same vein, Dr. Sam Ellis and Dr. Jenny Liu did Sephora holiday sale guides recently. Osea has a lot of fragrance in their products and calls themselves a clean beauty brand. At least one channel I follow was doing a test of their products (she usually tries them for two weeks minimum) and had a bad breakout from some of the products and couldn't finish the test.
The tubing mascara from Tarte is by far my favorite tubing type mascara that I’ve tried and I actually like it even better than the one from Thrive Cosmetics. Although I love ELF, I wasn’t impressed with their go at the tubing mascara but I do like the one from Milani that’s a close dupe of Thrive.
Don't waste your $ on the Tartlette Tubing mascara. It flakes and smudges terribly! The Byoma gel moisturizer is very nice. The pump can have issues sometimes though.
Always use sunscreen. The retinol sensitizes you skin to the sun. I only use retinol at night and put spf 50 on every morning, even in winter. SPF 30 if it’s cloudy, cold, raining and I’m not going out, except to the car.
