Ultimate Arctic Thunder with upgraded 2.4 p4 processor

I have upgrades this Arctic Thunder for the second time, the first version had a pentium 3/733 MHz, then I upgraded to Ultimate Arctic Thunder with a 1ghz Amd Athlon. Now I'm running a Pentium 4/2.4ghz with 512DDR ram and the same original video card. I had to get an extension for the the ATX connector as the original one was too short to reach the position on the newer motherboard. I personally feel it's running faster but it's hard to tell.

I never played it on the Xbox but everyone that plays this game says it feels quicker

@@christophorusvids Yeah, but the PlayStation 2 port suffers from downgraded graphics and a terrible/slow framerate and the PlayStation 2 port sucks!

@@RGBtheRhinoOverwatcher I just tried it now 2 years later. Widescreen 16:9 patch enabled & 'Disable interlace offset' on, this game runs in 4K @ 60FPS smooth as butter on PCSX2 Nightly. PS2 emulation definitely worth considering for people who want another option besides original hardware for this game. Also, as of 4 days ago, "Ultimate Arctic Thunder boots in dev only, but is still unstable." on TeknoParrot

Is this using the stock factory hdd or are you using a hacked version? Exactly which motherboard model and brand? A bit more info would be nice :-)

It's using the stock drive with the original ultimate upgrade disc, copy drivers needed to the harddrive using another PC and when you run it windows will try to install the new drivers before launching the game.

@@christophorusvids I assume you need a dongle to allow ultimate to play? I have 2 of these cabinets and would like to upgrade them for home use. But cannot find the dongles to buy.

@@wildchild6340 I do have the ultimate dongle connected to the parallel port the game came that way but I thought someone had a work around for it.
