I've been exactly like you, quaggy. Thing is, it's just a matter of getting used to it. I was tired of waking up at more than 2 pm in the evening, so I just set an alarm for 10 am in the morning; which I sometimes ignored or slept through, don't get me wrong. But in the end you prevail and learn to just sit on the edge of the bed and jump down without taking all of the agony that comes with waking up in. I have horrible back pains (scoliosis), but if I just get out of bed i prevent my decompressed spine from 6+ hours of sleep from compressing again in a matter of seconds so it doesn't hurt as much throughout the day. So, even if it sounds unintuitive, generic, or useless, the only solution one can apply is _just wake up._
