I have to say, this has been one of the best directions/description of a Flay/Rupture build I have seen so far? I saw DoNotHitMe's Flay build and wanted to try it out, but I did not fully understand the relationship and interaction between Flay, bleeds, and Rupture. Your video has made it totally clear for me. More so than even Rob2628's videos. I'll definitely be able to use the build a lot better now. I will most likely be using your build. Thank you.
@@cliptis86 Hi again. You were talking about your gloves and the Crit Chance GA. You mentioned about rerolling the Crit Chance. How would you reroll the Crit Chance GA? Also, I subbed.
@kevinkelly1755 thank you so much for the sub! I really appreciate it. I think I meant rerolling the masterworking crit I wanted at least 2 for the extra crit chance
shit i beat her 30 mins after stumbling upon your guide, previously failed miserably for like 100 tries on WW then switched to "flay boss killer" on maxroll and failed for about 4 more hours. much appreciated
Excellent guide, great job on the boss rotations and explanations. What’s your opinion on the next best Uber unique for flay (either pit push or bossing) after the shako? Tyrael’s Might looks solid and I love it thematically, but it isn’t needed when we’re deleting bosses in seconds and it seems like we’re giving away a ton of QoL and speed on the pit version if we trade out Rage of Harrogath. Doesn’t seem like we need either of the rings for flay, and like you’ve mentioned throughout the video and comments, we lose so much from tempers this season if we switch to Grandfather or Doombringer… I suppose the answer is none really, just choose Andariel’s Visage and play a poison rogue…. 😆 Would love your thoughts, thanks again for the great guides on flay!
Haha thank you for watching and also doing my job of answering the question. You said it really well, there really isn't the need for ubers other than the Harlequins crest. Also, side note, here at Barb-nation we call Rogues: Crit-temper barbarians.
Lol, fair enough. I was surprised to find Rogue as the 2nd most fun I’ve had in S4. Sorc was just ok, Necro was strong, but I don’t care for the gameplay much, and the poor Druid was visually impressive but so far behind the others, at least before the latest patch. I concede that Barb was best again in S4. 😎
Haha I do love what Blizzard did with all the classes. I've played every one of them every season but there's so much to do this season idk if I'll make it off the barb! Rogues insanely fun and Andy's looks amazing.
Forget imposing presence, roll martial vigor on everything helmet, chest, pants, amulet. Masterwork until you get +5 or if you're lucky enough +6 and you're immune to all damage.
Can you tell in season 5 if this is a good build for it? I ran your bash guide but without uniques last season, but I can't figure out what I want to do barb wise in season 5. I wanted to do a bleed build this season
It's only day one. I leveled as whirlwind and got to 100 today. That was insanely fun. I have the build guide on my channel. I'll be testing other builds very soon
Great Video. I can confirm that you dont need all top of the line gear for the build to work. I was actually able to level pretty comfortably with a flay build on hardcore (just swapped in iron skin and iron warrior, iron blood aspects).
If you get the right gear that is. I played hundreds and hundreds of hours for 99.9% shite gear. Helltides, uber bosses, pit and all and nothing. And even if you are lucky enough to get some good items, the blacksmith is most likely to ruin your tempers. Great game.
New subscriber here loving the videos, one quick question though how would X’Fal’s corroded signet tie in with this build I feel like it would be really good. I just got it from a drop and feel like it’s the perfect ring for this
fantastic guide! thank you! Question: I have 80% crit chance, 2200 crit dmg and 660 vul dmg. Cant increase vul dmg anymore, unless i replace some crt dmg with vul dmg. Would you recommend to do so? e.g. would 1800 crit dmg and 800+ vul dmg be better? Thank you so much!
Í'm running Rob's Flay Bleed Barb with the Iron Skin, but this was before the last mid season patch. Although i'm really tempted to switch over to yours i can't say which build stands out better overal... Iron skin also does also make you unstoppable, is there a reason you prefer Rallying Cry over it?
Hey! He always makes great guides. I went with rallying cry because unstoppable is up for longer, I don't have to wait until I take damage to use it like you do with iron skin, and I maxed but raid leader for the healing. I tried both versions with and without iron skin and love rallying cry far more. Iron skin is amazing don't get me wrong I just liked this more for this build.
what makes Cut to the Bone on amulet better than %strength? Bc i have two amulets with the same stats, only difference being one with %strength and one with Cut to the Bone, and I swear it feels like I do more damage with the %strength amulet.
Hey! I did answer the question. They were asking if it was easy and I said it wasn't. Maybe it just didn't get it across clearly enough. I'll edit it a little more.
@@cliptis86 sorry wasn't tryna be a dick, I get redundant question get annoying but it is just something that kinda happens often, just giving some constructive feedback
Rupture on polearm is best. 13 sec instead of 25. Also wen it gets buffed next season itll be 7.4 sec 😉 Also get ur flay duration on weapons now it changes to a utility stat season 5
Hey someone else told me about it too. The website bugs out sometimes and allows me to put in 225 points but says 225. I'm at work but when I can get to my computer I'll fix it. Sorry about that.
@@cliptis86 sounds good brother i knew there was somethiing not right, for now ima take off 2.0% max life so i can get that glyph done , i doubt thats gon matter if thhe build is pretty tanky with res and and the 3x shout
@@cliptis86 ok, something for me to consider when gearing up. Thank you. Getting damn expensive and more importantly, time consuming, to get the gear to where I need it to be. Never mind getting the combat rotations perfect…. I’m, just starting to run bash bleed and considering making the evolution.
@TheWolv69 yeah none of my gear is perfect. If I had more time to play then maybe I'd shoot for it but I'm just rolling with what I got and having fun with it.
Wtf yes I kill 200 bosses nearly instant, but with my bash build I was clearing pit 105 easy and now I die within every trash grp also instant..... no survive and nothing..... OK I don't have all Def stats at max, but seriously? Pit 61 is nearly impossible for me now.......... pls show us at normal trash how you solo everything..... that's not normal......
Hey! If you watched the whole video, I made sure to stress a couple times that this is not for the pits at all this is only for 200 bosses. You have to make sure your masterworking is at level 12 and I linked a build in the video and in the description to the build I use for the pits. What was the build you were running your pits with before
Okay, then I am really sorry about it. I struggle with my best barb mostly at the bosses and I was Thinking I can kill the boss is also nearly instant... But yes, it is really hard to see that I kill Uber bosses nearly instant but a normal trash mop from 61 will killing me instantly.....
@Berthology ahh yeah you'll have to upgrade the armor. I have an armor affix on my boots. You'll need it, and as you masterwork you'll gain more strength and strength = armor.
“Not using any Ubers” just this four star and this other multi star and this one and that one. Guys, this build is massively gear dependent and you will not build this over night unless you pull out your wallet and buy some gold then head over to the trading site. Stop letting these RU-vidrs fool you.
Hey! I completely agree. I've said it to everyone that asks. This build is not a starter build. I did find the chest piece. I haven't bought or traded anything this season. If you want to drop by the stream, I can take off the ubers and the 4GA chest piece and show you the build works well without it. I still agree with you and caution anyone that asks about switching to this build that it is tough to build, plus learning the rotation and the game play style is challenging too.
And as for the 4 star chest this is just a boss killer video so the chest piece in this video is actually useless since you don't need much defense for the bosses.
I completely disagree! I’m a casual player and after you get to level 100 and spend your time in an effective manner, you have access to MORE than enough items with GA rolls to make this tech work. Just gotta login
Hey! I want over it in the aspect section it's the weapon master one. Gives your two charges. I only use it for bosses though it's not great for the pits.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ogZdgB5IH5c.htmlsi=SJ4ZrJkIf2OCocs1 Have you seen this? If this is true how would you alter this built because I just switched from DSDD to this one. Love the content btw, subscribed!
Ok thanks, I got worried. In the comments on that video someone mentioned adaptability is bugged on amulet but works on rings. Would it mess anything up to swap?
You the man, thanks for sharing your expertise! One last question, I’m at resist cap without the shadow resistance tempering. What other tempering would you recommend for the amulet?
Good day to you my fellow Earthlings, First of all, I would like to thank our blogger for this build. Next thing, I got my bash barb and I did not want to ruin him and swap to this build. I levelled from 1-100 with this build and items with prefixes which is a must have. Before I reached 78 I was already killing duriel in meere seconds, after I hit 100, I went on and tried terminated versions of each boss. Sure, it wasn't as it was shown in the video but nevertheless they died. Now I am gm 2 items and more still to come, but overall this is a working build, for everyone who is trying this , my advice. Start at the bottom so you understand how this build works , mechanics, rotations. I tuned it a bit as I use a grandaddy instead of polearm, and use imbieber to have an extra attack when healthy. But, overall, I give a big shout out to this guy who did this build and I send him a big warm hug from Mother Russia. My sincere regards to the author.
Which ever you can do. I like to build planners that's are safe for everyone to hop into. If you can survive without the life gems then go with strength. Feel it out on your character.
Hey this can but this isn't a pit build it's for bosses. I liked the Pit build on the screen in the video if you are looking for a great pit build. You can also go to my channel page
Hey! Bash is a starter build, running flay at low levels is ok but when you're talking about pushing high tiers of the pit getting the right tempers and survivability is not. There's a big learning curve in the Pits, unlike bash.
