Agree 💯. Serato needs to fix that coming over from Trantor after many years this what I found most fustrating even rekordbox has great file structure just see your library abc order that simple 👍🏽
after I adjust the depth dial to about 65% the echo out will work. When it's at default which is %50 is does nothing and as soon as I push another fx pad on my djm s5 the depth knob goes back to default . How can you make it stay at selected amount of fx with out reseting?
@@LogoForLife if it’s the clean echo out your referring to if it’s not at 100 percent you won’t get the full effect of if completely echoing out so when it’s at say 50 percent you will get a slight audible echo but the track will keep going. Because you have multiple banks (a b.c d ) you would save the desired knob settings to that bank . Know that if you switch banks you won’t see the past efx because they are assigned to a different bank. Hope that helps
@@djgonz123 I have the 3.0.12 version on an old laptop and @ 50% Echo out stops the song and echo's out perfectly but in serato 3.2.1 the song continues at the same level of effect ,I tried saving it and it continues to reset as soon as I switch fx or even touch the osame pad assigned with echo out. I try it again, thanks for responding.
Great overview. But bahhhh. Still no gater effect like Traktor has, (maybe others too). Where it cuts out the track instead of mashing the fader up and down. Such a good effect.There are so many of these I will just never use and don't seem useful.
@@djgonz123 if you get a chance, compare 3.1.4 and 3.2 beta with a block of like 500 tracks and analyze them. That's where I am wondering if the native code helped.

@@themusclemontana4375 which model? They do have some similarities especially the sound color fx, however it would be best for you to try out the beta for yourself to really decide how it sounds to your ears.
