When I worked at the bakery, we put a piece of parchment paper on the bottoms of the loaf pans. Made getting the loaves out _much_ easier.

It took a couple of leaves to get all the breads right but once you do, it's worth it. I am a master artisan bread maker but I don't eat that anymore so finding carnivore bread was a huge shift. The styrofoam texture was not pleasant but now I don't have that in my bread. Thanks. ❤

@meatdog Do you think you could help me with getting a keto/carnivore bread recipe right so that it doesn’t have a styrofoam texture? I’ve not been able to achieve that and I have a 5 year old that has to be keto for health reasons. It’s so terribly difficult for her right now as we’re transitioning.

Love the bread. For a year I was so intimidated and afraid to try it because I’m horrible in the kitchen and I didn’t want to mess it up and waste all the ingredients but my advice is to go for it! I work 12hr shifts in a busy ER and having it sliced up ready to eat is perfect thing to grab in between patients when I’m too busy to eat anything that requires a fork and knife. Thank you Maria!!

I like the carnivore bread. I've made bread and rolls with it as well as the flour to bread chicken patties! Soo good! And I miss soft pretzels, so I made yours and 😱🥰 They really hit the spot!! My husband and I both really enjoyed them!!! We like to play bingo, so I make some and take along so we don't feel left out at all! We get the healthy version! Yum!! Thank you soo much for all your recipes and knowledge! 🥰

I make a loaf of this bread every single week. I make the one with the dried egg whites. I use Jay Robb brand. I love Ryebread, many times I will fold in loads of caraway seeds. Then I will sprinkle some on top. Oh so good. I bought one of your books on Amazon. Love it. Thank you for posting so many wonderful videos. You’re so so lucky to have such a sweet, incredible son. ❤

Maria , you are Amazing 🙌🏼. Thank you for showing us❤. Your bread looks delicious 😋. You can also use your shells in any meal/dish/recipe. All you do is take the shells , put them on cookie sheet, bake @ 250 for 10-15 min. Then put them in a coffee grinder/blender, make powder out of them and you can add to anything😊. It’s got lots of extra calcium in the shell powder. The baking takes the bacteria out of them. The coffee grinder works best.😊

Thanks for the recipes! I’ll try again. My first attempt wasn’t so good. Looks like Kai would really really like to do some of the actual cooking like adding the ingredients, water, turning on blender, etc. You can see that he’s eager. I think he’d do a great job helping you. 😀

I am also on fixed income but since going carnivoreish I eat less so I spend less so now I’m finally getting my first egg white powder. I worked out a food budget. Hope you can too. Of course I’ll eat it sparingly.

I line my pans with parchment paper. No fat and the bread lifts right out.

@@dianedoherty3655 The bread rises better without fat on the sides of the pan. I use parchment too, but a bare pan works even better (but the clean up is a bear so I stick with parchment!)

for the heels (ends) of the bread I use the uncut side on the inside of the grilled cheese. The cut side gets the butter and you really don't notice you are eating the end. 🧀🍞

Hi Maria, I m trying to find your bread recipes atm, but I thought you might like the definition to your bread ends, which are just the crust. Then, the original spatula for folding and ❤scraping. The other is an egg lifter.

Hi Maria and Kai! Thank you for all these recipes. I finally bought the few ingredients and made the second loaf version and it came out so delicious and fluffy . I forgot to add Redmonds salt but the loaf still tasted good. Haha! I’m going to keep on practicing! 😊

I think Aubrey uses a special pan and works well without the oil spray. It doesn't work with most pans to not have the spray.

It’s not really a special pan. It’s a stainless steel quarter pan from a chafing set. I didn’t have a bread pan available at the time, so I grabbed one of my hubby’s chafing dishes and asked if he thought it would work like a bread pan. He said to try it and it worked. He said not to use fat because meringue needs something to grab on to when it rises. Grease or parchment makes it fall. It does get stuck in the pan a bit, but I use a fish spatula to get it out and I have dish washing professionals that take care of the scrubbing 😂

I made your Big Mac psmf buns for burger night this week. Boy was my husband thrilled to eat a burger with his HANDS! I made him a tuna sando for his lunch with the same bun. I usually wrap his sandos in waxed paper before buttoning up in a hard side plastic container. When he went to eat it next day, the bun was totally stuck to the paper! I feel like the solution is for him to just assemble when ready to eat but i was curious if there were other suggestions. Thanks for the side by side of all the recipes and so many great tips!

Cremor tártaro. Is in Spanish! In Czech is vinny kamen. Literally would be wine stone. No, I am not Czech, I am a Puerto Rican living in Prague. I am on my 18th day of Carnivore diet. Meats are very easy to get here so I am happy! Thanks for the recipe!

I was showing the bread recipes to my friends and I accidentally didn’t add the allulose …I gotta say I liked the carnivore bread texture and taste better than the allulose one …I had always made it with allulose before but I think I’ve changed my mind. Loved this video. You cook like we do, distractions, humidity and an equipment failures and all.

Made the carnivore bread and the easiest bread. Both taste great. We liked the texture of the easiest, but it is too sweet. Do you have to add the allulose to it?

You could try adding only 2 tablespoons. But it helps to make the crust brown and soft ❤

I use a 9 x 13 pan for the bread and then slice it in half long ways and then into squares.

Yes, you can leave out the allulose in any of the bread recipes. The crust will not brown as much but otherwise it is just as good 😊

My bread keeps collapsing. Is it because I use butter to grease the pans first? If I don’t do that, won’t the bread stick? Any ideas? Super tasty!!!

Use real eggs and separate the whites. Carton egg whites are more likely to fall. 3. Whip the heck out of them! Everyone under-whips the whites! 4. Don’t use protein powders that have fat. Fat causes whites to fall. 5. Do not touch the whites with any water. Not a drop. 6. Don’t make it on a humid day unless you have AC. The whites will fall. 7. Leave it in the oven after it bakes. I leave it in for at least 30 minutes. 8. Slice it the next day when completely cool. 9. Or try adding 1/4 cup more protein powder. Some brands are different. 10. If it’s too stiff like styrofoam, do not whip a long time after you add the protein powder. You have over mixed the protein powder into the whites.

Hi again Maria & Kai, I've made all three breads now, I think I like the original bread best, I'm finding that it shrinks away from the sides & shrivels a bit though, can you offer any advise, am I over whipping, I thought maybe i could leave it in the oven to cool competely, would this help?? Thanks for the great content, you inspire me to try new & wonderful things, carnivore can become a little dull at times, this bread will change things up for sure 😘

In my earlier comment on the bread video the ingredients list was 1 egg yoke (optional) I asked what to do with that egg yoke with regards to the bread I didn’t need sent to a video of what to do with all my left over yokes

Add it back after you have whipped the whites very stiff and gently stir it in. If you over mix it, you will end up with styrofoam 🙏

I made the recipe with just egg white protein powder. It turned out great! But, I had a really hard time removing it from the pan. I did let it cool completely before attempting. I oiled the pan too. But it was a glass loaf pan. Any thoughts?

I want to try this recipe, I don't have dried egg white, but I have a dehydrator... I use three dozen of egg white and once dehydrated and powder it gave me roughly a cup. So to do this recipe I need 4 dozen of egg white (3 dried and 1 not dried). One dozen of the cheapest whole egg is 4$ CAD. So 16$ CAD worth of egg to make one bread and 48 egg yolk leftover.

I have made this many times, but have never been able to get past the memory foam texture. Even toasted I find it inedible. I sure do miss grilled cheese.
