Hello! This video will walk you through each step you should follow when you wash your hair and will talk about the most important things you should avoid when you wash your hair in the shower as well so that you can maximize the results at the end of each hair wash such as more healthy hair, less damage and more hair growth. I hope you find it helpful!
Step one: Detangle hair before washing hair.
Step two: Rinse hair with only warm water first for 2 minutes before shampoo.
Step three: When hair is completely wet apply some shampoo on your hands so that it can lather and spread better on your scalp only. I do not shampoo my ends to avoid dryness and split ends.
Step four: Rinse shampoo completely out of your hair still using warm water.
Step five: Deep conditioning hair with conditioner or hair mask for 10 minutes. Rinse conditioner with cool water at the end.
Step six: Drain water out of your ends carefully with your hands first and then use the towel as indicated in the video.
