Masha Allah this is a beautiful lecture. Some Muslims claim how can Face of Allah exist? Ofcourse Allah has a Face as apparently stated in the Quran and Hadith. Also lets realise that the Face of Allah (swt) cannot be comprehended nor compared. Just like Allah's attribute of Seeing and Hearing. Allah (swt) has Throne but its not like any other throne. Similarly Allah (swt) has speech but its not like our speech. There is nothing like Allah (swt).

Very scholarly and inspirational lecture. A momin doesn't live only for living but simultaneously he lives to gather provisions for the Hereafter. This erudite scholar has driven home the point to aspire for more than jannah, the longing for meeting Allah Taala and have the bliss of seeing Him, the ultimate goal. May Allah Taala bless Dr. Yasir Qadhi handsomely.

This brother is the only one who talks like a mureed of tasawwuf. It's all about Allah (s.w.t.), not just the Prophet (s.a.w s.) or jennah, but our raab. Many Muslims focus on jennah, but other Muslims focus on Allah (s.w.t.) as our goal and main focus of love. I admit I teared near the end when brother Yasir kept mentioning all about Allah (s.w.t.) that our deen is all about.

Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him. What a moving Hadees narrated in the lecture. May Allah Taala bless this scholar.

You know Allah is not known by Imagination. He the Almighty is known through divine revelation. Verses regaeding Tauhid are to be accepted and belief the way they are without any alteration or rejection. Allah knows himself more than anyone on the face of the earth. The source of knowing is by the Qur'an and the sunnah our beloved prophet Muhammad. If Allah says he has a hand he really mean it, if he mean otherwise he would have made it very clear to us. You have to know Allah is not like human so all his attribute are not like that of his creature. when Allah says:. Surah Ash-Shura, Verse 11: فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ The Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you mates from yourselves, and for the cattle (also) mates. By this means He creates you (in the wombs). There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer. He rejected all form likeness to his creatures but he affirmed that He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer. Therefore Allah has a faculty of hearing(ear) but not like yours. I will give a simple example a goat has a mouth and also a Man posses it, but you'll strongly agree with me that Man's mouth is different with that of the elephant and they all called a mouth. This is just an example. But Allah has a unique attribute that no one knows how they look like except He subhanahu Wata'ala. To believe on his unique attribute is compulsory without altering the meaning. Allah has in many places describe he has a face, hand, eye, etc, we should believe in them without a second thought. Very sad indeed!! We are taking the "description" of Allah swt in the Holy Qur'an literally. What is the difference between us and the Christians when they say Jesus (as) is God and us Muslims saying Allah has a "Face". We are attributing man-like features to Allah.....nastaghfirullah. Prophet (saw) said," I leave behind 2 weighty things , if you hold on to them you will never go astray, Book of Allah and my Holy Progeny". We have deviated from the latter. Imam Ali(as) said any description that you may conjure up in your mind of Allah is other than Allah swt.

Allah knows which words to use. Allah uses the word hands. Hands means hands. Hands does not mean power. Allah would have used the word power if thats what Allah had intended it to be.

The One who believes Allah has a "face" does not know Allah The one who does not know Allah is not a Muslim Allah is not a creature or a creation, He does not resemble any thing in the slightest Surah Ashura Ayah 11: ليس كمثله شيئ means there is nothing like Allah in any way at all This video has explicit kufr (blasphemy) it is a sugar-coated insult to the Creator of this world It says in Al-Qur'aan: أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لَّا يَخْلُقُ means: Does the One who Creates resemble the one who does not create?
