This channel has changed the way I look at my body. I always thought stretches were just for warming up before sports, but it's clear that it can be a workout in itself.

Appreciate this excellent hip opening video. Enjoy following both Josh’s and Aaron’s channels and podcasts. When you team up, the instruction and vibe and especially great. I’m in my 50s and stretch/lift/run/calisthenics/something daily to keep loose. Thanks!

Yeah!! I've been re-reading Aaron's book. So, I'm familiar with you guys. My hip mobility has always been bad. I think it's because of lack of attention. And when I did work it. It was always straight line a to b exercises.

Hey Josh, I just started on this calisthenics and more body weight journey. I want to become more mobile, flexible, and athletic. I love your approach and I’m saving up to get move strong now. I just had two questions 1. I’ve been dealing with inner knee pain and elbow pain that just doesn’t seem to go away, any suggestions? 2. How should I go about start movement training and locomotion? And one more, how do you work mobility and flexibility, is it daily, or post workout, or pre workout? How many days a week? Just how you plan that side out. If you could help that would be great. Thank you
@LiveThroughMovement

I really also want to be open in my body and mind and enjoy training while at the same time getting good on the things and calisthenics, I get inspired seeing the way you flow through movement and how enlightened you are and hope to be there one day.

Hahahha is the wall moving yet? Nice. Power!! Love releasing hips. Thanks for the wicked visuals 💖 Could over should yessah nobody likes to be "should" on. Can y'all do a little more in the way of planes of motion for visual aids? And if you could can I steal ten minutes of your time and give you my thought pattern for this want? I'm a registered massage therapist of 18 years that has a mind full of ideas for helping people open. But, I think you guys could bring it to life in action versus just my words. Lemme know if you wanna co create a simple sequence with my brain🤷‍♀️ that'd be pretty cool😁💥

Nice 👍 teamwork and had fun showing those important techniques for the hips. Question🤔, I am focusing on tightening the HIPS 😒😁 not opening 😞. Isn’t tightening correct or your opening is tightening 😔. I don’t want anything or do anything to my body that Creator, God and Jesus Christ doesn’t want me to do. My body needs to edify the Lord in strength, in Stretching, in toning and appropriately sculpting. Everything must do unto the Lord not for self gratification 😎💭. Appreciate information and like I said space to do this is important and having a coach is superb to accomplishing that goal. 👏🏽🙏🏽📖😇
