Love it! The sunrise is the most sacred time of the day to pray and so I'd add that as part of my day, smudge pray journal. Sitting in the sun is a great idea.
Yes! I have recently changed my life long relationship with coffee, especially first thing in the morning, and I find that my body naturally calls for these nurturing tools when I wake up. The reward is that I move through the day with more intention rather than reactiveness. Thanks for sharing your morning with us 🙏
Hello, just wanted to comment on how touching your dedication to sharing what you know and how you care for yourself with integrity and true intentions is! It really does permeate the world differently! I also wanted to share about the first things you do in the moments you get out of bed, I've done lots of research on the benefits of tongue scraping before drinking anything, as many toxins build up on the tongue as we sleep. Also much research on the benefits of drinking only distilled water, because any minerals which are inorganic, like the minerals in spring water or the minerals in all salts, cannot be absorbed by our body and slowly cake up our system. Thought you could possibly benefit or at least be intrigued by the info! Blessings.

Great routine. I think u should chuck in some pandiculation, like a cat, in bed before you actually get up, mayb after the body scan. I love ur hip hinge even from a squishy bed. I wil work on that x :)
