The problem with Jeagers quests is that they give you so few LL points. Most of his quests are 0.03 or 0.04. And Wounded Beast doesn't even give you LL points. That plus the fact that literally every other quest gives you minus points for Jeager quickly explains why noone likes him.
@@llll2071 starting with a huge LL boost on EOD + stash sizes are such broken advantages this wipe. i played three wipes standard and switched to EOD this wipe... holy fuck, it cuts off the worst legs of the experience. not even pay to win, just pay to not be miserable
For anyone that was as confused as i was, 3 of the "food crates" on the map shown at 1:11 are actually technical crates. There's only 3 total food crates on woods: - usec camp (1) (south side usec camp crate is a red herring - as its a technical supply crate instead) - village just north of the "norther UN roadblock" extract (2) - and finally in the scav camp to the southwest of factory gate. (3) Hope this helps anyone that can't find these "missing" food crates
It sounds insane how often he says "get the easy headshot". I have never ever landed an easy headshot. Headshots only seem to happen out of pure luck and very rarely.
Well you got that wrong." Get the easy headshot" means you get the shot in your head! This is very easy and i mange to do this nearly every single raid!
Protip: if you bring a Mosin in for the "less than 25 meters" quest, modify the Mosin into an obrez, that stops the barrel from being moved by players.
Survivalist Tough Guy, you can actually use hemostats, bandages, etc, as long as they dont heal or give you a pain relief effect ( minus from alcohol consumption ) the mission wont fail. Not sure about splints tho, did the bandages and hemostat in 1 raid and it didnt fail me. Note: DONT HEAL IN THE AFTER SCREEN AS WELL. Ive heard people do the quest and healed via therapist and the mission failed them. Not sure if its true, just dont do it until you turn in your mission.
you forgot to mention that when you reload the mosin it also increases your sniper skill for each round you load, its true for all snipers but since you load the mosin 1 shot at a time its the most notable.
To anyone fellow PMCs who are having trouble finding Iskra, on Interchange the weapon Boxes 4x4 have almost guaranteed spawn for an Iskra also Interchange is a good map to find any of the first supplies for Jaeger's quests. Not all of them tho'. Thank you Pestily for the guide.
Hunting trip: "Have some fun with this." Bro... I've run woods 15+ times with this gun and he's either not there or dead by the time I sprint to the lumber mill. I have 6 quests left before Kappa and this one is driving me nuts lol thanks though!
Can someone have a word with Nikita about some of these quests... only just managed shooter part 8 last wipe and that was rushing every shot like a mad man, can’t see me getting the same luck without grinding the quest like a bell end... FYI I’m not totally into running woods over and over with a fecking bolty....
Honestly I'd also recommend using the VPO-215 with the AP .366 ammo for Tarkov Shooter, Pt. 3. They're dirt cheap, hardly anybody ever loots them from you, and you'll typically kill all but the most chadded-out players with one center mass shot. Given how much Mosins go for these days, you'll be able to get 3 attempts in for the price you could get one Mosin run in. And since you need to be super close range anyway, the ammo's awful accuracy won't be a factor. Just a thought.
gets jaeger level 2 falls inlove with shotguns loses jaeger lvl 2 for progressing with other quests cant get cheap shotguns and ammo anymore loses even more rep for jager every jager quest gives fuck all rep points and is always along the lines of kill 12 players with headhsot at exactly 46.5 meters while not having arms and under the influence of 4 different drugs.
Not sure if this is intended, but I completed both "Unprotected and Dangerous" and "Tough Guy" when I lost track of time and didn't make it to the extract in time.
i have had such a difficult time with secured perimeter. i have done at least 20 raids with me surviving about 1/3rd of them and getting pmc kills on half the raids. Nobody wants to go into the office building. luckily because of that i have looted that safe and filing cabinets probably more than anything else in the game XD.
For wounded beast, I believe that if you kill a scav shortly after being shot it will still count as being in pain. It's an easy quest that you can ignore and just hand in once it finishes.
Re Tough Guy, you can use meds after you kill the 3rd Scav. You just can't use any meds from the moment you engage the first one till the time you kill the third one. You can used meds after you get the 'quest complete' notification. You don't have to exfil either.
There are two fixed Iskra box spawns on Interchange. If you head towards railway from the power station and turn hard right after the wall ends, you will eventually find a break in the wall with a trash pile. There is also a small black crate there and it ALWAYS spawns the Iskra. Not many people go there so it can almost always be found there. The second one is in the box under stairs on the OLI side of the maul. Head to the OLI section and find the stairs in the passage from the OLI to the Goshan. There is an identical crate as in the first example just underneath the staircase.
For Wounded Beast, easier to do is after you die with broken arm bones. Uust heal the bleeding and health, and live broken bones alone after the raid, enter next raid with broken bones. If you have more than 1 bone broken, heal the rest, imo Left arm is the best to have broken since it wont affect running or aiming as much as having the right arm
Tarkov shooter pt3: Vpo + 366ap go for the chest in factory. Everybody in Factory is either a pistoling or a giga-chad. The former is easier to kill on the thorax the latter will melt you anyway so why bother

Iskras have GUARANTEED spawns in EVERY cube shaped weapons box on Interchange (and technically also Labs) I don't know why Pestily doesn't mention this. Not to mention the back of Goshan for the rest of the food items.
I can’t get through Tarkov shooter Pt2 for the life of me. Got the 3 leg shots without issues but no matter how far i nail scavs on their head, the counter doesn’t mark my hits. Do i actually have to shoot them 3 times on their legs AND do a headshot for it to count valid?
for the quest where you have to kill 3 scavs without healing on woods - you don't need to survive and extract at all - you can just die and hand the quest in. same for the quest to kill scavs without body armor - no need to survive
It took my 17 raids to do the 25m bolt action kills.... Every time I'd get 2 or 3 hits and then die to a pistoling. The worst quest I've had so far. Screw Jaeger I hate his questline it's not good at all.
In regards to Survivalist: Junkie. The Obdolbos stim gives 30 minutes of effects per stim and it is only about 30K on the market at the moment. That's my favorite way of doing it.

Update on TSP Tough Guy: I just did it, died after killing three scavs without using meds, and could then turn it in immediately, didn't have to survive that raid or another raid.
When will you do a mechanic my gun Smith part 14 won't work for me and I followed what parts I need from the wiki but it still won't let me hand the gun in
