The only way you're doing this in an hour is if you played the game already. Not a bad plan for a rune farm, but there's no way you'll do this in an hour if you're new to the game. I'm going to estimate about five hours for a new player.

for anyone struggling 'cause ok, rune farming work after jump BUT NOT MOHG: 1)Enter arena, quit. 2) take elevator down, DO NOT REST at bonfire. 3) do as Pixel did --> essentially, do it in just one run (if you die, repeat) I kept farming for one hour, getting runes but not Mohg defeated, then i figured out why.

Great tutorial, it even worked for me today, just in time for the DLC.

For a new player I'll recommend killing Greyoll and farming the ball at Renne's rise. This is more mid to end game farming.

It works, I got lost sometimes wondering how did you get to some places, but I managed eventually, thank you so much for this guide

The only guide that really worked. I started a new character last night and was level 85 in about two hours following (most) of this. A lot of that time was actually spent running from one place to another, and not fighting. You can get to Moghwyn's house pretty easily if you just run to get the lift tokens and then upgrade a weapon enough to win your finger invasion in Altus. After that, you cut through the madness arena and Vyke to get to the maiden, and you're in like gin. It feels like a crime cutting past so much game content, but your time is valuable, you know?

Today, 22/08/2023 - Multiple runs of the rune farm. Working perfectly.

Tried this a few days ago it worked. Just have to make sure when you’re jumping on the horse you’re trying to attack or it won’t work.

Greyoll is duplicatable but a LOT of this video opened my eyes. I now know what I want to do today.

a good farming spot for begginers where you dont have to kill a boss you may want to do the normal way is before the bridge to radahn there is a camp of soldiers and some monsters there you can semi afk farm runes, I get probably around 70k per hour there ( I got a talisman for increase rune drops ). its not the best spot but if you have to be semi afk anyway its pretty good. I recommend pulling the 3 dogs and 1 bird in the back to increase runes. if your lucky you can let the bird charge at you so he lands below the cliff and dies instantly but that's not so easy but the soldiers can easily kill him. edit: oh, just found out there is a 4th dog on the hill behinde the gey one, you can also pull that one. you can also perfekt the method of letting the bird jump to his death, that would probably be a hell lot of runes per hour, but It would not be afk at all

Stil works perfect!! For the last location just follow ur path ontopp of the gray stones until u see a grace

I got lost on the last part. After you shoot that crazy bird, do you go back to the camp fire and then past time or does he fall off somewhere, die and they you head back to the camp fire and past time??

With this video at least it becomes interesting for me and reached till 12:00 here i cant kill the guy after 3 4 tries and dying with 2 3 hits. Now can’t try more due to the no fingers available. Maybe is there any other way to move forward?

I'm afraid that the farm doesn't work (the one with the boss). I did everything as shown, jumped on the torrent to where it is shown, double jump and punches are observed. As a result, after 10 seconds I die...

its not working for me i follow every steps the horse just keep falling and no runes (i swing my sword)

btw do not kill Mohg Lord of Blood make sure to get the mask for op bleed build

It still works, i have done the jump 3 times and the mogh kill was done at the first one

demigod never died for me but I still get 120k runes every time I jump down the hole and swing

I believe it got patched today before the DLC drops. Even with the double jump and sword slash it seems they have added a barrier to where you die regardless.

Works, confirmed. 5/25/2024. MAKE SURE you double jump with your horse as you go into the null area. On that 2nd jump, you can swing your sword. Thanks OP. ALSO: make sure to at least open the Sioffra elevator and grace site below, otherwise, you can’t leave. Haha.

I believe its much much faster to just go get poison mist and stick with the bleed weapon to keep killing the big dragon at fort faroth over and over again. Just kill her while on your horse and sprint back to the grace point and youll get her runes but not those of the other dragons nor their hearts. But its ez pz runes

You can also skip Mohg and just kill the bird. There was a dude that reached 100 in an hour not long after the game came out

so it ended for me at the murkwater cavern where some red ninja finger dude keeps killing me before the helper joins in.

WARNING: I tried this and my guy was falling without dying for ages so I had to quit out. When I loaded back in it respawned me falling again but luckily this time I died. I’ve never felt such FEAR! I thought all my hours of Elden ring were lost. So I’ve decided not to try this again and will play the game normally 😂.
