I'm planning on uploading more Mortal Kombat iOS videos. There are plans for the original arcade UMK3 test on iOS using MAME emulator and more. Also regarding Top Upcoming MK MUGEN Games, I am still working on it but progress has slowed down majourly. But I won't abandon it, even if it takes months.
Shit I didn't know you could do that but that does sound like a pain, having to reinstall the app every week. Do you lose all your progress when you reinstall it though?
With all the rebooting going on, I wouldn't mind seeing MK1, 2 and 3 all remastered. Same exact look, just in HD for PC/PS4/XBO...not crappy mobile devices.
Yeah I would love that. There was actually something in the works like that. MK Arcade Kollection was originally going to have a remastered version of all the 3 games but it was canned. Sadly.
I have yet to understand why this was a “Bad Game” it’s NOT that terrible and for the time it was released it was cool. Then again i was a little kid back then soo what do i know. Regardless this game was great still to this day.

Seems like people never played MK games like MK Advance and Special Forces to say this one, MK4, VS DC Universe... are the worst MK videogames ever, when clearly the first ones I mentioned are the worst of the worst. Smh...

Se você tem um dispositivo desbloqueado, recomendo fortemente baixá-lo e pedir para seus amigos baixarem também, o jogo tem recursos de bluetooth online. A versão para iPad também tem uma opção versus 2 jogadores local, o que é muito legal e raro de ver em jogos de luta para iOS. Certifique-se de baixar a versão correta para o seu dispositivo. Você precisará desbloquear seu dispositivo primeiro. O jogo roda em todas as versões do iOS acima do iOS 3.2. No entanto, acredito que o UMK3 HD pode não funcionar em dispositivos com iOS 11 ou superior. Eu não tentei.
This was the first game I ever bought for my Iphone4 back in 2010. It was such a novelty to have a 2D MK game on your phone. This was a very fun port. The original version had only 12 characters. The game has a controller set up for easy special moves and combos. Very unique for the time being. You could see Bios, endings and it even had a "beat the boss to a high score" mode and leaderboards! Graphics were ok for a phone game back then, and consider this was the first gen of the "game on your phone" advent (in perspective, Angry Birds 1 was released at the same time, then it took of). This game had a lot of potential, but it was poorly tested and support was dropped after the second version with all the characters and stages. It is EA after all. Who knows what kind of deal it had with NRS (Still Midway at the time of the license granted).
The mobile market was just insane in the 2010s. I miss those times dearly when quality games and ports were actually made for mobile, UMK3 and Dead Space were both insane ports in their own sense. Now it's all just advertisement driven card collecting bullshit micro-transaction fuckfests...
Far from it, but in this case of this game; I agree. This is ugly 3d and it was due to the lack of love that the developers put into this game, some of the skinning/ blinding the rig to the character models are poorly done, quite a few bugs that weren't apporiately ironed out either. I can see why this was pulled because clearly the quality of the product was subpar to say the least. No love was given to this port.
I used to play this game for hours in my iPod Touch 4g sadly the battery died and I can't use it anymore. It's a shame they never made this game for android as well.
Now I'm sure that the only thing that makes me don't have any interest on current MKs is the physics. This one has horrible graphics, but in my opinion the oldschool physics and move style are far better than today.
Man I miss this game, so annoying it’s no longer on the store. So much better than the Mortal Kombat mobile game out now that doesn’t even resemble MK gameplay at all!
Gameplay is broke though. Some combos are impossible to fully land because the opponent would be pushed back too much, some combos are broke such as Sub-Zero's HP,HP,HP,HP,HP,HP combo which never existed in classic MK.

Poor Sub Zero`s head look like it sustained unfinished Kabal`s fatality lol A pity, but old good MK4 looked & played better, than this much newer game :/
Omg where did sub zero go at 4:40. He dissapeared. In M.U.G.E.N the character disappears due to missing sprites. However I wish mk 2011 had this fighting style. But a little bit more of polished gameplay while keeping the 2011 costumes.
It's not officially made by Midway/Netherrealm Studios but at the time Warner Bros gave EA's mobile dev team the rights to make a MK mobile game, more specifically a remake of UMK3. This is the result.
Any idea why the game just freezes on my iPhone 4S? Could the issue be that I have the latest iOS (9.3.6)? Edit : I could have sworn this game was on iPhone as well. I'll just try it on my iPad.

This game looks very good, but it need to be fixed i think. To bad that it was developed by EA and not by NetherRealm Studios, because i'm dreaming to see 3D HD version of all old classic MK games, but with better look than this one :)
Yeah I think the reason why this game got such bad reviews from fans and critics is because it was made by EA. Netherealm Studios would've actually made a better UMK3 HD Remake.
MKA netherrealm studios is stupid their game contains micro transactions mkx mobile is shit and always will be I’m disappointed this game got removed from the App Store now we’re stuck with a mobile version of mkx that is just way worse I’d rather play this one than having to use money to get better also mkx mobile is boring you don’t freely select characters and its not like the console version it’s just tap tap tap swipe.
I tried downloading this on my iPhone but nothing is happening. Can someone help? I downloaded it and it sent it to my iCloud, I opened it and put in the password and then another folder downloads and I open it and all it says is the name of the file and then nothing… is this a virus? Can anyone please help.

I'm assuming you also have an iOS version that's higher then 3.2. Did you download the correct IPA for your device? One link is for ONLY iPhones/iPods and the other is ONLY for iPads. Are you jailbroken? Do you know how to install iPA files?
There is so much wrong with this port. LOL All the stages have perspective issues. Like how the balcony is really shallow, so the candles are floating instead of in the distance. The Pit 3 has the same thing, with the soul containers being mistaken for lamps and used for lighting on the side of the bridge. Sclizac Busorez has the wrong music playing, and the mountains and second bridge are definitely not in the distance. LOL Also, all of the music is very clearly just MP3s of the songs playing instead of the "music cues" that play in the original with the rounds ending. I didn't even know this game has a full roster. I had never seen it with anyone unlocked before. What a strange curiosity this release was. I don't think I've ever seen it released again anywhere. I think the only PRO out of all the CONs this game has is that it looks like the computer isn't the same computer from all the 2D MAME ports, so it's not impossible to beat the game without cheesing the patterns.
