What most people watching this video won't realise is the skill of asking the right questions at the right time that is required. Christian is so passionate about his brand that he will talk and explain continuously on a tour, but drawing more detailed explanations out of him with the right questions and showing that you understand the brand was done superbly.

Truly done superbly. I had the same thought throughout the video. Koenigsegg is all in the details, they are insanely thorough and methodically inventive. The best part is that Christian knows every(!) single(!) part(!) of it. Beyond impressive. Asking the right questions draws out so many interesting details that the viewer otherwise wouldn't even comprehend without some background info. Thank you to both Mr JWW and Christian von Koenigsegg!

Id love to see him and Mr president Muhammad driving the (gumera ) gerrea or the yesgo . It be out of this world. Christian has been very generous over the years, giving all these tours and explaining everything for cameras, every time there's a new tour that lands on youtube, i go watch it. Thanks for taking us along, again. It's not a car company, it's laboratory for insane engineering and high-quality...stuff. From cup holders to transmissions, to engines to key holders... They just seem to make the best they can which is incredibly refreshing in an era of consolidation, extreme cost-cutting and every product getting worse...while getting more expensive. Koenigsegg isn't aspirational because they make expensive cars, they're aspirational because they try to make the best of everything they touch.

It's also disgusting that it's acceptable to work for someone and they don't even know your name...a shame that common decency has to be commended and is not standard says a lot about the world we live in. Did visit the old factory - and had a tour thru the assembly lines with CvK som years ago - and had the privilege to drive a ccxr afterwards. Passion and skills like Beethoven - and no one can even grasp the amount of grief and challenges it must have taken for CvK to come to this point today. A survivor, a combat soldier and a true visionary - no compromise. Entrepreneurship wise: One of a few in Europe, and certainly no match to be found here in Scandinavia. Keep it up Mr. vK and thanks.

I was just a kid when I read about Christian's first attempt at a prototype hyper-car. This was in Automobile Magazine, summer of 1992. Had no idea that he would become a literal Bond-villain of a hyper-car maker.

I can tell just from watching that you appreciate how lucky you are to be able to get this sort of attention from someone is high profile as Christian Von Koenigsegg. That’s what I love about your channel. You truly make it yourself. You listen when you don’t know and you’re taking that knowledge in all the while being truly humble and kind throughout. You truly seem to be a good person with a great interest in not only automobiles, but all things mechanical. love your channel, it’s one of the best out there.

I thought the same thing while watching. On the one hand, someone who is very knowledgeable and can ask questions that will reveal details, and on the other hand, someone who is a great engineer and incredibly knowledgeable about every product of his company. It was an amazing video. I'm in love with this brand, they don't just make extremely fast and expensive vehicles, I'm in love with all the technological innovations they bring, and they do it so meticulously and in such an eye-catching way. You've seen those seat rails too, right? Many companies may say that this is a seat rail that will not even be visible, but this company is not like that.

I really gotta say that this has been my favorite video on RU-vid. Great job by James and Christian. He, Christian, is so passionate and exuberant to show James around the whole factory to the point where he appeared to be running out of breath. Not so sure any other auto exec or pioneer would offer up such a kind gesture to this extent. Super impressive and validated the high cost of flawless engineering. 1:20 "sub-assemblies fish boning into the mail line" are you building fractal assembly lines now?! That's a pretty cool trick to scale manufacturing while keeping the footprint low. The S line is a more traditional assembly line configuration.

What a man CVK is, you'd run through a wall for him wouldn't you. His energy, charisma, knowledge, everything. Amazing guy. Also, when you think what goes into any of his cars you start thinking that a couple of million quid is a steal !!!! There's probably more CFD and engineering in a seat runner for a Gemera than an entire Vauxhall Astra, love it, and you never, ever see it, but what a thing of beauty. Also James, cracking interview. I've been watching your channel for ages and especially love the Koenigsegg stuff, you seem to get on with him really well and this really shows in the vids. Great stuff. We just need to see a Gemera being hammered now 😉.
