Dough for 2 Small Pizzas
Ingredients:
8g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
300 ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
500g all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Activate Yeast: Mix yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Prepare Dough: Combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
Knead: Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide: Punch down dough and divide into 2 pieces. Let rest for 30 minutes. Shape into pizza bases.
Topping
Ingredients:
Toppings for 1 Pizza*
150 ml tomato sauce
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh mozzarella slices
Pizza seasoning
Fresh thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil
Burrata cheese
Instructions:
Prepare: Preheat oven to 385°F (195°C). Spread tomato sauce on each base. Add shredded and fresh mozzarella, pizza seasoning, and thyme.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Finish: Top with burrata cheese, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
