Great video mate, I have a gtr 1400 with the quad lock stem mount and up to now it’s still secure, I’m just waiting for the wireless mount to arrive then I’m all set up, but I must admit that the Evotech mount looks really good 👍👍👍👍

Quadlock stem mount doesnt fit the Kawasaki at all. This system is loads better. If not this then look at my other Quadlock video which uses The Telferizer stem mount. All the best

Totally agree Tony. I use the same setup for my I phone and works a treat, tried a few but the Quadlock is the best that i have found. Not so impressed with the 360 set up though, is that new?

You can buy a Tom Tom head to change over from the quadlock. Have a look on evotech website

Turbo Tony, I have a question for you, in the EVOTech paperwork and on your video I see the phone is mounted horizontal, is it possible to attach he phone vertically instead of horizontally? I have a quadlock pro stem mount that just wont get tight and I was considering going this direction.

Sorry for late reply. Only just seen this. So Evotech can be mounted horizontal or vertical or however you want really. Quadlock stem mount is not for use with yoke that has a lip on the inside. Thin tube to wider tube. Wont grip. Could use TheTelferizer stem mount and put Quadlock attachment on that, Or best way is Evoteck quadlock.

Hey Tony would it fit the 2011 z1000sx? Ive just ordered the telferizer/ram mount with ql ball adaptor from uk but shipping will take awhile. Which do you find is the better option

Great video, thanks, Tony I can see you need to press down on the collar to unmount phone, when you are mounting it are you pressing down on the collar with your fingers or just pushing down with the phone?

So there a latch that you need to push down to unlock the phone before you swivel it off. Just extra protection

@@THETURBOTONY Thanks Tony, scan I ask when you are attaching/mounting it are you pushing down on the latch with your fingers or just using the weight of the phone, mine is really stiff at mounting, not sure if I should pushing down the latch at the side. thanks!

@@LANKY123 when sttaching the phone it should just push using the phone and screw to lock into place When taking off press latch down on top and botton then it will free up the phone to take off. Which mount do you have ?

@@THETURBOTONY same as you!, struggling to lock it on, taking off is simple, the case is one of the new low profile quadlock mag ones and is flatter at bottom so wondering if that may be the issue. I may give them a shout but thanks for your help mate.

@@LANKY123 not had any problems with mine tbh. Can be fiddly at first but once get knack of it quite easy. Drop quadlock an email there support is top of the line.

Hi Tony, will the evotech mount still work ok with a tank bag? I’m thinking about buying both the evotech mount and a sw motech pro sports tank bag and was wondering about visibility with a tank bag in place. Cheers

I dont think youll be able to see the screen of the phone with Tank bag been in the way. I havnt tried this but I suspect this is the case. Have you looked into getting windshield sat nav phone bracket ? It sits above the tft screen.
