Nice! But how do you know the future upper bollinger band? In the video you're putting the take profit "perfect" which would be impossible to know... Maybe i am missing something?
Hi @TRADELINE. Love the strategy. How do you protect Shorting when RSI is Oversold, but market remains in a strong downtrend throughout and visa versa for buy? Strategy works great in ranging phases, backtested it a lot, but often market tends to remain below or above the BB Bands until trend is finally over.
This strategy works well in ranging markets but fails in strong trending markets. For trending market you can use other strategies like breakout or moving average crossover strategy

@@felixesche2710 No-one knows how to predict when the market shifts from one phase to another. If you could, you would beceome a billionaire in a few weeks 'cuz you would fit the strategy to the conditions and have 95% winrate. No-one can do that, it's a billion dollar question.
Just because you entry conditions are met does not mean that the price will move to the opposite BB I have tested this strategy and can guarantee it does not work
there is no such thing as the best indicator which gives you a 100% winrate. everyone has losses. no trader wins 100% of their trades. you only need to have a 50% winrate if your using 1:2 reward ratio. i used the bollinger bands + RSI recently. i been wining most of my trades. i do top down analysis and i look at weekly, daily, and 4 hour then i enter on the 1 hour. dont be just focusing on one time frame becuz you will lose if the higher time frames is going the opposite direction
