If this is in the 616 Universe, there's 616 Thor on Asgard's throne and Ultimate Thor using Mjolnir capable of replacing his tasks with the Avengers however this could be taking place in the future as it's Doom 2099.

First I loved the left-wing enviromentalist Ultimate Thor. Than I hated that his powers came from machines. Even if before we discovered that he was indeed a norse god, that was a wrong choice to develop the character. So, even if I kinda like him, not even close to the 616 version. That said, nice to see he's back.
