I used the complete spare wheel space, covered it with wood and built in a 2x2 ohm pioneer 10" sub. In my former up replaced the front speakers by Focals. Still haven't found the time to replace the cabin speakers.

so no more spare wheel? or for long trips you put it back in the trunk? is it reliable the foam spray fixer instead of a full size wheel?

@@ravvvvvv You can get a space saver in the lower section of the boot of the up under the bottom parcel shelf but above the spare wheel well. I've got an Up with a factory sub in the spare wheel well and that's what I've done, as it came from the factory with a foam can.

Was that a GTi with the optional Beats system? If so, they have an amplifier from the factory under the driver's seat and a sub in the boot. The factory amplifier seems good on them, the factory sub pretty rubbish! Love the fact that you've got the pricing for the different options on your website by the way.
