Thank you for keeping the memory of Warrior alive. These stories are treasured. Thank you for having filmed this and thank you for keeping this channel, along with his legacy, online.
Thank you Dana for this tour. There's something about seeing this place from where he shot so many of his words of wisdom videos. I think it makes most of us fans feel closer some how. Godspeed.
The Ultimate Warrior's spirit lives in his little Warrior's I Was 1 still to this day Rip Jim thanks appreciate your hardwork and time and to his family also
Warrior was more than just a great superstar and a great motivational speaker, but the man sure can draw and paint. He was clearly talented in many things.
This is probably a place she goes to remember Warrior. Sit in his gym when it is quite and remember when he was there. I do that sometimes with my past friends and family. You can almost hear their voice.
That's very bold of you....I never visit past places where people I cared about are no longer here. Mostly because it leaves sadness and loneliness, and I *HATE* that feeling! Even though I know it's all part of the healing process, I really really really hate that feeling....truly an emotion I deplore!
I’m a gym rat like the Warrior was and i’m building a gym in my barn as we speak. I felt such a deep kinship with Warrior. We shared the same conservative values and deeply held belief in personal sacrifice, hard work and taking ownership of all aspects of your life. That man had such a profound impact on me. I did my first workout in the barn today and I did it complete Warrior style. balls to the wall, dripping sweat and absolutely unforgiving. I know this sounds ridiculous but when I was struggling to get that last rep, I pictured Warrior screaming in my face to grind out one more.
"Passion for something, intensity will win out over: knowledge, skill, natural talent, natural skill every. single. time..." -Warrior Whenever i feel like im not good enough for anything, i just remember this and kick ass. RIP Warrior.
I was a member at Warriors Gym! Also talked to him on the phone when he was recruiting students to his wrestling school. My conversation with him was a great highlight of my 35 years of watching wrestling.
I worked out in Warrior Gym when it was opened, loved the place. The equipment was the best around when it was opened. I still miss that place. Thanks for bringing back the fond memories :)
I emailed The Warrior back in 1999 a few days or so later I got a response from him - I didn't entertain the idea he would reply but he did so it was a nice surprise. Looking back and thinking about what he said he truly believed in the power of the individual and emphasised that we can control our destiny.
Same. I wrote him an email back in 2002 asking for advice on how to handle when someone dies but you know that people are suddenly covering up the bad things they did after their death. He wrote a great email back to me and I couldn't believe he even responded. I wish I still had it. I lost it in a hard drive crash in 2004.
I emailed him in 2004 when I was 16, I was shocked when not long after he responded. I wish I still had it. I remember his email address still which was @earthlink.com. I really miss my hero. I was lucky enough to have met him a year prior as well, still have the autograph made out to me framed on my wall amongst almost every possible piece of Warrior memorabilia that exists up to the present day. Always believe. Always.
The wind blowing was him probably saying hi to you :) . Thanks for being strong enough for sharing , sure you miss him dearly , he would be very proud of your courage .
There will never ever be another Warrior like this guy was dedicated and playing his part so well, Been a fan since the dingo days! Long live the Warrior GGGGNNAAAARR!!!!!!!!
this man left such a big space behind when he left us.. so much more then any normal man would. and yet he was one of us. thank you so much for sharing this..
Wow Warrior's self portrait is awesome. I really mean that; there's a personality in the painting style of that 1st one w/ the white background. Sounds like he found a sweet wife too :)
This is awesome... And yet so sad. Seeing Warriors "church" without him there to preach the Wildness makes it sad. I miss his videos. And his energy. It does live on in many along with Danna and the girls.. I will Always Believe in the power of the OWN. Thanks for sharing this Danna. Many blessings to you and your family.
Thanks for the videos. I miss him dearly. Such an intense, true, powerful man. I used to visit the website and read his writings and always felt so connected to him if that makes any sense. So sad when he passed.
This is really sad. The Ultimate Warrior was a big part of my childhood and when I think of him I think of growing up and playing with my brother and friends. Thank you from the UK. RIP x
Dana, I really enjoyed the tour of the gym and the house! It's gotta be tough to move on, but such is life, and you know he'd never have allowed himself to be held down by that sort of thing. He obviously put himself full tilt into everything in his life, and he had the love of an amazing wife and family to see him through. Know that he's missed every day. And know that the work you continue to do in his name is highly regarded and appreciated. Always believe!
I am not a Wrestling fan but I am a warrior fan. The message your wonderful husband gave me is still part of me today. Many blessing to you and your family.
Thanks, Dana! Thank you for taking the time to take us a little closer into Warrior's world! He was truly Awesome! So are YOU! I'm thankful I Finally got to meet him in September 2013 at the Santa Fe convention center spaghetti dinner for all those runners. That is my birth month, and it was like a birthday present being able just to meet him. I remember telling him that I originally wanted to meet him when I was 10 or 11 in '90 or '91, as my friend and I spent time hiking into a place in Trinidad, CO where it was rumored he was having a house built. I couldn't believe a childhood hero of mine would actually be moving into my home-town. I remember hearing rumors he had actually visited our local gym and locals were able to meet him. Well, it never happened for me at that time. I was so disappointed. Lol. Anyway, fast forward to 2013 and I was like a kid all over again. It was so cool and I got to share the experience with my wife. God Bless!!!

I'm sad that I never had the chance to say this but I wanted to say to you mrs. Warrior is that if I would have met your husband I would have told him thank you for being my childhood hero he was a great man a great wrestler and you guys meaning you and your daughters we're lucky to have such a great man in your lives God bless you and your children Warrior forever.
Yeah this is much appreciated to physically see! Must be extremely sad for you! Thinking of you and your children. And warrior will always be in our minds!! 👍

Thank you for the tour. That place is like church to us warrior followers. I would be interested in purchasing any piece of his gym for my own, to use and to keep him influencing me with every workout. Every day.
Must have been so hard for you to do this video god bless he was the best I never meet him as I'm in Australia but since I was 7 I have always followed him I love him and he had been such an impact in my life as a person and a father he was always honest and inspiring I would go crazy when he would come out to the ring and I never get upset when ppl who are famous died but when warrior died I was a wreck he was all the good things I remember and value in my childhood thank you such a great man always believe xxx
Hi mrs.warrior I really loved your husband the ultimate warrior he was my favorite wrestler of all time I’ve watched him wrestle with the other wrestlers but he’s been always my favorite.
