Rom is much better and balanced as a teacher. As a female he blows me away with how well he's observed us but instead of being angry & weird about it he just accepts it and adapts to it in his own way.

This is the type of man I strive to be. I think it's uncanny how girls realize from a young age how to juggle the good girl role and the slut role simultaneously, while most men get permanently stuck in some linear nice guy or player archetype. Rom, you should speak more on the wide-spread suppression of masculinity, I think it's the main culprit here.

90% nice guy, 10% James Bond. Make women feel safe and understood. Don't talk about what you do with women to other ppl - that's the respect part. Never boast or brag about how many women you clapped, it turns women off. Be open to discuss things, but have a threshold or limits. Being too agreeable is a TURN OFF.

Aka a good man who’s settled down. Reformed. Ex player. All that jazz. This fits me to a T. Thing is, the girls who get my bad/player side are the ones who I’m not taking seriously. The girls I want to date get the good dude. Mixing them can be tricky. But you learn down the road, that there’s only one type you should put your time into dating. And that’s a woman with values. And a woman with values and maturity isn’t trying to play games. So just be the best man you can be that day, and be better each day.

Yep. The "Nice Player" is definitely what the woman wants ultimately. In Arc terminology its called an "alpha male with beta traits". Or theres that mma ninja guy name Giga Ovgod who breaks the game down biblically and uses body game and calls it the "Tender Keeper".
