This bike looks brand new, you have certainly looked after it, I have an xz 550 in the back yard for years, you have inspired me to get to work on it and bring it back to life again!, thank you.
Mine was a new black 1982 Vision. Loved that bike. The only issue I had with mine was it was prone to headshake at greater speeds. They were light in the nose, which was probably part of the issue. One of the best v-twins out there, ahead of it's time.
Someone added multi-piston brake calipers using custom adapter plates. I've not seen highway pegs on a Vision before. The frame lugs may have been added for that as well. In North America there is no seat strap. Clean bike.
I'm averaging around 35 mpg. Yeah, not that great. Wonderfully torquey though. Just finished my Visioné Café Racer. Engine is stock. Mufflers are from Marving. Many inherit problems with these bikes. If you're looking to buy one check out the Riders of Vision website first.
