AUX not working on PC why?

I like the speaker but not the subwoofer. I barely can feel any sound coming from it. Idk if im doing anything wrong, tried with different songs and with the bass option 1. I use a Aux cable though, idk if that does anything

Hey friend, there could be several reasons for poor subwoofer performance. First, ensure that the subwoofer is properly connected. Next, try using a different music source or device to see if the issue persists. Finally, check the subwoofer settings to ensure that volume and bass adjustments are correct. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for assistance. The use of an Aux cable typically shouldn't affect the subwoofer's performance. ☺

The Android box is connected to the TV's HDMI IN port, while the Nova S40 is connected to the HDMI out (ARC/eARC). 😉
