It is a pretty decent soundbar...my only issue with it is that even at level 1..it was too loud to sit and watch TV. We had to return it. Maybe it was faulty..not sure...but a movie sounded very nice on it.
Sound level in general is too high... But if anyone else having this issues using it in EARC mostly fixes this issue as it divides the volume levels by 3.. For some reason??? Either way offers more control than the soundbars volume levels...
I got this for about 79 bucks at Walmart. Small profile but sounds much bigger than it appears. Very bassy, which is good for some and not so good for others. Def not true Atmos or made for bigger areas but for a larger bedroom or living room it works great!
Just bought this and found it's sound in terms of vocal clarity and bass is decent for a relatively small room, however, just be aware that it's Dolby Atmos implementation - vertical dynamic dimensions of this sound bar is very limited, i.e., don't expect watching videos with eArc/Dolby Atmos audio project helicopters sound flying overhead, as may be compared to higher end sound bars with good vertical sound engines/drivers.
Thanks for this video I’m in the market to upgrade my Sony A1 oled tv sound . This video really helps and the price of it is even better in these cost of living crisis times. Amazing !
Big mistake or......? Curious as looking at the Poseidon one for 230 and 5.1 *Atmos* but it doesn't support Atmos at all. It doesn't even say Atmos on it since it's their own virtual bs so I have read. I'm going on what's said online but what do U think?
I had one but I ended up returning it's great for the price.. Small form factor with big sound and bass.....however the bass is too high.. The presets are too few and don't offer enough control. You have game, music, movie.... Game was the lowest bass so I used that... Bass as 3 levels (-1,0,1) I used -1... and that's it that is the lowest you can turn the bass down and it's still pretty up there.... With me mostly watching TV shows I needed some thing with clear voice so I can listen to dialogue... This system be great if give you better control of bass and vol but something tells me "they would have if you could have" and it's a hardware limitation...given it's small form factor and cost...
does anyone else have the same problem as me ? the top of the soundbar on the Nova S50 gets really warm to hot when in use no matter how I have it hook up .....
Truth of the matter is, you need Hardware for Dolby Atmos. Ceiling Speakers and surround speakers with a specific device that is tuned to that particular array and even the room you're in matters ... We're talking 7.3.2. sound... to achieve true DA. Til then it's an upmixed 2.1 and the Spatiality gimmick is not Atmos, it's just mono, flattening the curve into loudness. I like anything tech that punches above it's weight.... Good Find.!🤔
so a couple things you can only get atmos through hdmi. bluetooth, optical and Aux won't work. if your TV has Hdmi Arc you can only get dolby digital plus with atmos. if your TV has Earc the you can use truehd with atmos - just note that you'll need a device that supports playing truehd content (blueray player, xbox series s/x, ps5, nvidia shield, dune android TV box
I couldn't find a way to still use headphones to watch TV late at night like before I had the soundbar from time to time (I'm having to utilize the auxillary out of the TV for the soundbar). Any suggestions?
Thanks bro. I got a soundbar sub combo on the cheap. First review I watched of this similar item was complete ass. This one gives me more confidence in the quality of what I just bought lol.
Do you think this will work with an lg ultragear monitor? Mine doesnt have earc just 2 hdmi 2.1 ports? So connect ps5 to monitor hdmi 1 and Soundbar bar to hdmi 2,or will i need an e arc splitter? Can het this £100 today . The latest model coming is £165 that comes with surrounds. On pre order now.
@@Ryaniwk are u still using it for u 55 tv? or something else? and im not sure to buy this one for my 55 inch tv or the creative stage v2. do u know something about that one? maybe u know which one is better. Size is much longer and 30-40 $ cheaper. 🤔🤔
$77.99 now with coupon and from Walmart. I am still deciding whether to buy or pass. I still have my logitech subwoofer speakers from 2012 and working like new.
😂😂 unless you have a super sound insulation where you live, it will piss the neighbours off for sure!! For the price of this kit it is loud!! Super bassy as well
@Ryaniwk Ryan thanks for taking to time to answer me mate really appreciate that brother and thanks hahaha that's what I want so cheers broski so it's already in my amaz9n cart
I've received the following information for the Ultimea in regards the Dolby Atmos 1. The Nova S50 is Dolby certified. 2. Dolby officially does not distinguish between "Virtual Dolby Atmos" and simply "Dolby Atmos." Because the Nova S50 lacks ceiling units and surround speakers, its sound effect is actually virtual. 3. The Nova S50 can decode Dolby Atmos content, providing an overall better sound experience compared to regular non-Atmos products, with a wider soundstage.
