My first time fishing Lake Del Valle in Livermore California. Del Valle is part of the East Bay Regional Park District which is comprised of many lakes through the East Bay in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mount Lassen is Stocks this lake with trophy trout and I want one. Come along for the ride and let's get it! Let's go!!

Delvalle is a great fishing lake. Been there many rimes. Bass monster crappie stripers. Its got it all. Congrats on you pb. Nice vid also i have a friend who is an expert on that lake. Enjoy man!!

Thank you John. Lol. I like the non professional one better...8p ...Bro. East Bay Regional has an angler's pass which includes parking, fishing and boat launch to all their lakes. Way worth it. Money back if you go 2-3 times a week. Sometime I go 2-3 times a day...different lakes.

I think its polymer. And real tough. I'm always amazed how resilient the line is. I've yanked spoons out of trees and bushed.

I’m new to the spoon game and whenever I’m throwing my spoons it seems to sink and doesn’t look like the action that I want. I was wondering for pointers or tips when throwing spoons? Slow and steady or retrieve like a crank bait

Practice look at it in the water close to you. Slow retrieve but you can also pause it. I always have success with the pause. You can also flutter it with a jerk and pause. Jerk and pause. 2 gramers will be in stock next week which would help in shallower waters. Hope that helps.

My personal best is 13.79 lb rainbow at San pablo reservoir in 2015. the 2nd largest in that reservoir. They still have my picture on their front facebook page. Check it out. beautiful trout you caught bro. hope to meet you sometime. You can go on my boat if I run into you. That would save you walking and can hit more spots.
