This apartment is unlikely to be 2159 Sq.Ft. Carpet. Every room looks like it has been squeezed. All Bedrooms are missing appropriate Closet Space. Not clear how you can have a Walk in Closet with a depth of 1.5 feet on the closet.
I kinda have this image that these apartments are brought by actors or rich businessmen, so according to you do you think that a person who has a normal job might get treated disrespectfully????

Ghanchakkar developer hai, flat nahin bikey, boat club road is punes most "prime" area but nobody in pune gives a F about that place. I lived in pune all my life, starting off with 1y at boatclub road in 2001, and seriously this place is not worth it. Koregao and shivajinagar are the de facto city center of pune
