Chuck I have to say ,I have watched a lot of realtors show homes .But you really know how to showcase home. Your videos are by far the very very best out there. I'm not just blowing smoke at you. A live-in art gallery is what I see. 4,055 is a very nice size but there is a lot I'd have to do to this to make it less sterol. It needs some warmth and what's up with all that empty yard space. You could build another structure with all of that space. If I'm spending 3M it needs to be a, "there's nothing left to do here", feeling to it. As you walked through it I kept thinking about what I would need to change to make it more to my liking. I love your video's though. Keep up the good work.

Nice video! Too many people, tell them to be quiet...lol! No guest while we are working! Overall the house is too industrial for my taste! My favorite was the master closet. I also wonder how lite the pool area is at night, I saw only a few outdoor lights. Thanks Chakits!

Even IKEA blends in well in a 3M home 😁 Parts of the kitschen is from Ikea, parts of the bathrooms are from IKEA Shows that they have good products for good prices 😉

Great video Chuck 🥳 not sure what is going on with the 2 additional water beds in the back. There weren’t any fish in them so they may have another use. Someone’s personal touch will really make this home pop! Right now, it’s a bit dark and dry. Space looks great for the price❤️

Would be koi ponds. No fish now because they require care and attention and, they are EXPENSIVE. Would add plexiglass wall on each to sit and watch the fish.

The house is gorgeous. The large windows, landscaping and artwork are very impressive. Love the garage, pool area, the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room and the roof deck. The master bath was very unique and beautiful. The master closet is the closet of my dreams. I'm not loving the idea of having my office in the master bedroom though. Lounge area yes. Office, no. 😊

I love how you point out and can appreciate the things that the average shopper would otherwise overlook. That's what makes a really good realtor. Also, this home doesn't feel like a single family home at all. This feels more like an extremely expensive, high-end Air B&B or a home that a high-profile person would rent while working on location in Nevada. It's also better suited or the artist. He should buy it.

Hey Chakits my husband noticed these cabinets and drawers right off the bat because he builds and installs them in homes the drawers that you like they’re ikea. Every time you opened one of the drawers there an additional feature you missed there’s a second drawer above on the inside the White part you push it and it pops out 🙂 just so you know🙂 so if you run across it again you can fully test it out 🙂love the video!

This is an brilliant home everything a family could need modern 🔥🔥🔥🔥 big yard open plan living nice and I love the floorplan. If it was up to me I would build additional bedrooms this yard is nice and big and I'm sure you would be able too.And I would put the master bedroom upstairs where the second lounge are is then that would be the owner own living space from the rest of the house
