2:00 to the viewers curious about these meanings. *Stored Senretsukyaku and stored Oni Musou In Super Turbo, there is a bug in the input of this Super move which allows you to keep it stored as much as you want if you keep holding ↗, → or ↘. So for Chun-Li and Honda, the final input of their Super command can be held (going forward towards the opponent) for a long time and push a kick (as Chun-Li) or a punch (as Honda) to activate the Super. This got fixed in Ultra SF2 *Oicho Throw inescapable loops have been removed. In Super Turbo, Honda had a very good offence against the opponent stuck in the corner because after performing an Oicho Throw (command grab) against the opponent in the corner, he had a safe setup against the opponent wake up options by performing a meaty crouching light punch, if timed correctly, it will beat the opponent's jump and normal options, too slow to perform a grab and the invincible moves (Ryu's Dragon Punch) will connect too late as Honda will be blocking by then. After the crouching Light Punch, the Honda player will execute another Oicho Throw after the end of the opponent's block stun and can just hold Down+Back to not only store the command but also block any other attack that isn't a grab. This got fixed in Ultra SF2. *Double-juggle Scarlett Terror has been removed. Vega (claw guy) can perform forward moving back-flip kick, useful as an anti-air. And it looks like the juggle mechanics to the move in Ultra SF2 has been adjusted to make it a tad weaker
It is a great remake, its just the price - also 2 stages need a background missing animation patch, *boat/clouds movement* is missing. The other which is extra is hado mode needs motion controls reworked and actually function as its meant to, bad detection and awful delay.
for the throw escape it s a very good thing ! just one thing is missing : it s the guard cancel or whatever its name when the player attack you , you can cancel his attack and it cost you the power stock !
I keep having to delete streetfighter from my 3ds because it has no memory (most of the memory is taken up by the mario and luigi game that came on the system)
This game flopped after a year of its release. It could have been a really good switch exclusive but Capcom just had to add hd remix and akuma, evil ryu and violent ken to online play
Mechanics wise, this does look like it might be the best SFII. I am curious how Vega's wall climb will work though. It made him overall worse when playing at Spain, I'd like to see the ability to not use the cage if you wanted. Or maybe more/all stages would have some version of it?
1. Wait until the game comes out in the holliday 2. Wait for a demo 3. If you did buy the entrance go to e3 2017 if you can it will be a big part there
I was disappointed that this doesn't have the classics intro of one guy punching another in the street and then the camera panning up to the logo on a billboard at the top of a building.
i feel really dumb asking this but...how to u do the super once the bar is full??? also...were should i look for how to do the standard moves?? didnt find anything so far!
30th anniversary of Street Fighter, and we still don't have an official Street Fighter 1 the Good Edition, but I'm sure everyone will be fine with buying Street Fighter 2 for the 25th time!
Michirin9801 Seeing as how Street Fighter 2 is what truly started the series popularity, something Street Fighter 1 did not, it makes sense as to why Street Fighter 2 kept getting re releases over time.
The game is definitely worth the money. This is Street Fighter, unlike the way SF IV plays, where memorizing button patterns determines the winner. Instead, you have to analyse how your opponent fights, and what tactics will work against them. You will not win online battles by button smashing, unless you play against another person playing that way. It is the best online fighting game I've played, when it comes to fairness, meaning anyone can win a fight, so long as they pay attention to their opponents fighting style and have quick reflexes. You need to be fast when inputting commands to stand a chance against experienced players.
Great game and is actually Street Fighter 2 improved Ultra and has an option to play ARCADE mode while waiting for someone to play online and then continue where you left off in ARCADE mode. Other retro games should follow suit, like Art of Fighting 1, Samurai Shadown, The King of Fighters 98, Mortal Kombat 2 Final World...
So, Vega (the claw dude) can no longer re-attach his claw, and can climb on his fence once again. They went back to SFII' Champion Edition physics with him.
Don't really play Street Fighter but I watched a lot of competitive SF4 so I wanted to get SFV and didn't really seem interested. I'm kinda sold on this but were Evil Ryu and Violent Ken really worthwhile characters? I mean if you were just going to do rebalanced alternate skins, couldn't it be someone other than a shoto? Like a violent Blanka or Chun Li.
Is there any reason why SFII: Turbo is preferred over (the original) The New Challengers? I always figured they were the same game but TNC just had more characters and stages, thus making it superior.
im a fan of street fighter but one thing i didnt like about this is that Evil ryu and violent ken have the same voice as ryu and ken, just deeper, why didnt they use Evil ryu voice from sf4 and maybe get someone to do violent ken im just saying, if they couldnt cuz one way or another its fine
i have a switch with Ulrta Street Fighter 2 and my main question is but not to sound like an idiot or stupid but how do you activate your "super" move in the game
I wonder if we will get a MK game like the mortal kombat trilogy but with more things. Added and also make it HD but still keep that bass sound that the old ones had
Awesome! Can't wait to get this! :D I'm still perplexed as to why Capcom chose to implement Violent Ken in USFII instead of Sennou Ken, which would have actually made sense. :/
Normal Tetirs does not have a endless single player mode stops at 151 lines :( the other modes are good that's just something that really disappointed me about it
Me: No way I'm spending $40 on a 30 year old game I've already purchased on SNES and Xbox 360! Nintendo: ......But now you can change Ken's gi to orange and his hair to neon blue for absolutely no reason at all! Jason: ............take my money.
I'm going to pay an overprice for an old game with couple new modes and small other content. Yup I'm selling my switch in ebay for real should've save a little more for that worth it 2nd GTX 1080....
Souja Boy King Of Dracos #Bompton l yeah but if you have a 300 dollar switch you should buy this it's old school and fun and you can play online anywhere where there is internet.
it is one of the greatest games ever made though. i'd still play Super Turbo with people to this day and i love it when i go to a tournament and someone has an arcade board set up with this game.
