Yup, and everything listed on the wiki: "Copied Moves Sonic Boom - The motion is identical to the Hadoken, but the projectile itself functions just like Guile's. Seth uses one hand for the attack, like Charlie did (albeit the other hand). Shoryuken - Though it resembles Ryu's Shoryuken somewhat, Seth can land up to 3 hits with follow-up motions. Spinning Piledriver - Based somewhat off Zangief's version, Seth uppercuts the opponent into the air, then teleports above the opponent and piledrives them into the ground. Hyakuretsukyaku - Seth does a single kick followed by a rapid flurry of unseen force if it connects (Chun-Li). Yosokyaku - While in the air, Seth kicks the opponent while upright, similar to Chun-Li, though it can be repeated three times with follow-up motions. Yoga Teleport - The move is identical to Dhalsim's, and is named as such in his moveset, although he cannot use it in midair, making it slightly more similar to a Bison Warp. Tenmakujinkyaku - While in the air, Seth dive kicks towards the opponent, similar to Akuma. Focus Attack - A long-range tackle similar to Urien's Chariot Tackle in Street Fighter III." streetfighter.wikia.com/wiki/Seth He also has Chun-Li's Wall Jump, though I suppose Vega, Guy, and El Fuerte eventually got it too.
I'd rather have Seth over Abel in SFV. I can't believe they can't squeeze him in. Also, why not make the playable version just a tad more powerful. Zangief's throws seem to do more damage than Seth's finisher ffs.
OmegaPyron I do believe that his triple hit shoryuken isn't naturally found within the main Street Fighter roster, the only person i know who can do that is Cyclops with his Gene Spice. Although it can still be considered as a street fighter connected game.
I was obsessed with playing as this character in around 2012 when I was like 7, I used to go to a friend’s house and played some of this game, I used Seth specifically because that one body stretch move at the beginning looked overpowered
This character has the same concept as Dural, the Virtua Fighter Boss. Both gather the characters' fighting skills. Something like Cell in Dragon Ball.
Rhetorical question: has anyone tried to perform Seth's move list in real life? I've tried doing it and it's hard. Most of the time I had to improvise on moves.
I mean, I tried doing Chun-Li's version of Hyakuretsukyaku (since it's at least possible) and I did it... but from Seth... I can only do his normals involving kicks. Who else do you imitate from fighting games? :)
I tend to focus primarily on Tekken and Street Fighter because a.they're my favorite fighting games and b.they're easier to perform than other games.(In my opinion)
+inari12700 Last time I played online, there were quite a bunch, but that was before SF5 came out. The game is on PC, the online community will perhaps never die as it has a decent netcode.
+DrewTony'Z hey thanks for the info, i play third strike for ps3 and same. there is a decent amount. do you think people on psn might be still playing this
