This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Perfect size for a couple or a single person who doesn’t need a ton of stuff to keep up! Layout is spacious and well thought out. Kinda a tiny house but a with a bit more room. Easily manageable and accessible!🥰

Ooo, she is a beauty! I think I'd like a smaller den and a bigger bathroom for a tub with a door, to accommodate my aging infrastructure. 😂 Fight the negativity with thoughts of gratitude for the new day and the opportunities presented to us, where we are and how far we've come, and for our relationships. ❤🙏 It's ok to grieve sometimes, we just try not to get stuck there.

Loving the trim and all the natural light. Only one bathroom to clean...woo hoo! Admittedly I love the huge layouts you show, yet the truth is I'm getting older and can see this as a place I can set up on a family members large property so I have my own space but living close enough to be checked on. 😉😁

Same floorplan as pretty much all others of the same style and size. And it's a nice flooplan too, I like it. AND the vents are on the ceiling!

I really like this house; great floorplan, roomy, and at a pretty good price. This is just me thinking but, if you got rid of the island you could fit a nice size dining table in that kitchen and you could put a pantry cabinet where that little coffee bar area is on the right side of the window.

Or turn the island the other way would give more space too. It needs doors where the washer and dryer goes too. Too noisy.

I keep waiting to see if they build a park model double wide. The foot print after being set-up would look more like a site-built home. Imagine a tiny home that is 15' x 40' and joining two of them together. You'd have a 30' x 40' home that doesn't scream trailer. Thanks for another tour.

I'm loving the elongated window's in the living Room...I think they are sleek and appealing in the room... IT'S RATHER SPACIOUS ENOUGH TO move around in...You could put a small slender dining table in front of the window in the kitchen...😀🌼☀️🌞🌻😊

Chance, this "TINY" House, has a "GIANT" 💜❤️💜❤️!! It's extremely, liveable and it has a certain kind of vibe, to it!! The kitchen is just perfect!! I love the black appliances, and the Laundry Room is a nice size, also, the bedroom and bathroom, are completely interesting!! Thank you for bringing us these, tiny homes!!

I like how even though some of the houses are smaller they can still accommodate a full size washer and dryer even tho you might have to stack them.

This is such a cutie for one or two people. It has more drawers in the kitchen than I have in my double-wide. It has something which could be used as a linen closet. Good little house.

CHANCE THIS 18' MOBILE HOME IS GORGEOUS, I LOVE IT. THERE'S NO PANTRY BECAUSE IT'S SMALL, OR A MICROWAVE. I WOULD PURCHASE A MICROWAVE AND PUT IT IN THERE, NO PROBLEM. IT'S A GREAT HOME❤❤❤.

Now this is what I call a tiny home not one of those closets they're selling to people for mega bucks..I love the feel of this home..the colors are nice..nice space in living area...nice kitchen...I love the cabinets next to laundry area for your detergents..nice spacious bedroom...I would put a tub on bathroom but that's just me..I like having a nice soak once a week...second bedroom is small but still good..in a regular tiny house you wouldn't even get a bedroom that size...I love the extra width I can see a wooden bench style dining table with chairs along the window...I would remove that little area against the wall and put a nice stand up cabinet for a pantry...the porch is also a welcome feature..all and all very nice home for elderly or single even a starter home..you could actually even build on..but I still think the price is a bit steep considering you can get a much larger house for the same price.. Shouldn't be over 70k..

For a single wide, it's very nice. I would change the shower to a shower/tub combo. Add a curtain to cover the laundry area. If I could afford to, I would probably use this home as a vacation home on a lake. Maybe add a deck on the side.

That is gorgeous. Right, in my imaginary world to make this perfect for me, my partner and my cats, I would like this the same layout but maybe a double wide so that the living room can be bigger, and the master bedroom. Not black appliances they would be a nightmare with cat hair and dander! A wand shower head in the shower and square sinks. A car port over the back door with a garage attached so that I can put the car in the garage and come out and go in the back door, so maybe a coat cupboard by the back door. The whole thing can be installed on my acreage overlooking the lake and woodland. Ah right I'm back down to earth now! 🤣🤣 It's nice to dream 😆😉

I really like this house! Great size for a couple with 2 cats, lol. Not that it reflects on the house, but I'd definitely have chosen a different headboard for display. Blocking on the of the 2 windows seems a bit much. I could definitely see living in a house like this. Thank you!!

outside is very nice, really like the porch and black accents, don't like the metal siding on the porch, would prefer the same siding all the way around. love those big interior windows, would like to see that island turned parallel to the sink with no tin on it. that would provide even more room for a dining table. I like the interior doors. I like that side entrance by the bathroom and as an emergency fire escape, nice shower, like the window for natural light. very nice home. We love you, Chance! I like the layout, really like the kitchen. A couple things would be to add 2' or preferably 4' to the deck. I would like the front door to open in so I could have a nice storm door, ventilation in the summer. protection in the winter. I would drop the built in entertainment center. I have my own tv cabinet wit electric fireplace. In the kitchen a nuke above the stove. That 18' width does make for a really nice kitchen/dining area. I like the fact there is a full sized water heater and it is super nice to have full size washer dryer space. Again the back door should open in for reasons stated above. In the bathroom I would prefer a one piece shower with niches and a seat. I really like the color of the tile. As the bath is a bit small I'd like a medicine cabinet behind the mirror. In the master bedroom move the windows to the corner. That way the bed headboard wouldn't block the window and give cross ventilation. Everything I suggested are minor adjustments. It's a great floor plan. The transom windows are a great thought. A great house for a single person or retired couple with a guest room. No wasted space. These are my type of home. Really nice video.

Nice house for the money. Well thought out with storage options in the bedrooms. No need for a bureau that will take up space. Laundry room could have had some type of door on it, and you walked right by the linen closet across from the laundry space without mentioning it. That's a big plus in a small home like this.

Loving it so far. The bed in the master should not be up against the window though. Does it fit anywhere without covering the window? Or do you need a smaller bed for that? Other than that it’s beautiful! I really do like the width. It’s not a lot but it makes a huge difference. Beautiful place.

Very nice. I grew up in northern Ontario, when we moved to Canada in 76, in a 14 or 16 by 74 ft mobile home. I like this mobile home, but would like it in a 74 to 80 foot long version to add 2 or 3 bedrooms.
