UltraSCREED (Probst Power Plan PP) is a unique and innovative machine which simultaneously spreads and screeds dry material, delivering a perfect bedding course at the proper grade and without major wear to machine components. Similar in concept to an asphalt paver but with significant design differences that reduce overall costs and improve performance for segmental paving applications. The Probst UltraSCREED is specifically designed to work with dry abrasive material (sand, chip, base).
It eliminates wear and keeps maintenance costs low. The design also provides extremely accurate finished grades while working faster and with more maneuverability and travel speed.
With ultra-high efficiency capable of finishing as much as 100,000 sf/day (laser applications only), the UltraSCREED will provide extremely high production rates and precise preparation of the laying course.
