Fully automated ultrasonic (UT) testing line for defects detection and dimensional measurement on tubes and bars.
Products inspected are tubes and bars made of titanium and titanium alloys, from 6 to 65 mm diameter with inspection speed up to 35 m/min.
The main specificity of the machine is that it inspected both tubes and bars with a same installation.
The testing line is composed of a loading table with automatic unravelling table, input conveyor, ultrasonic testing bench including ultrasonic rotating system (UT), motorized centering devices, as well as output conveyor with sorting system according to inspection results.
The ultrasonic electronics is complemented by supervisor software which collects, analyzes, manages the line and creates detailed inspection reports.
