One option for Ultrasound positioning when investigating iliopsoas snapping.
Snapping is common and doesn’t always cause pain.
In this case there are no signs of tendinopathy.
This is one type of snapping hip where iliopsoas snaps back down from having migrated anterolaterally over the medial iliacus muscle fibres.
