I’m thinking Tiff Wild Wild Touring and Chloe Wild Wild Touring may be about to start their own RU-vid channel. Some nice camera angles on the cycle trip. What to call it, “Wild Women of the West”, “The Misses go Wild”

Haha they weren’t impressed with my list of camera angle requests during the bike ride around the rock, but they’re good sports 😂

Great video. Kings Canyon is 1 of my favourite spots and prefer it to Uluru. Still think Uluru and Olgas are mind blowing though.

Great Episode 🦘😎 I was just thinking for a while ,people who live and work pay Taxes in Australia 🇦🇺🦘 I don’t understand why we can’t pay at least 20% of the national parks 🏞️ fees. And the tourism industry from overseas pays the full fees.

With everything that was included in that campground, I would say it was right priced. We stayed in a camp in Colorado with only a couple fishing holes and paid about the same. Looks like you got a lot for your money. Might pay the same for a nice hotel room and not have as much fun. Love the family trips Cam!

😂😂😂Cam, you crack me up. But also make me feel good. I'm at least 5-8yrs older, and I don't think I puffed that much climbing Ayers Rock, or Bluff Knoll last year. But awesome views. The Olga's are so underrated, they have some of the best views. Chloe, what a little trooper, you go sunshine. Her love for camping will hopefully stay as she gets older. Brilliant series guys. Bringing back memories for me, when I was there... Cheers Mark....

Cam you need to get a kid backpack, so comfortable and safer than carrying a kid around. I suspect Brodie would enjoy the ride too. Most have a decent daypack on them so you can carry things as well.

Might be a small point but thank you for respecting the "rules" around visiting this important cultural area. I've seen a few posters who think the rules about pets, fires, filming and drones in culturally significant country don't apply to them. Because they're getting footage for heaven's sake. I'm with Brody. An early start to the day never hurt anyone! Safe travels. Another great episode.

Thank you mate. In all honestly I may not personally agree with all of the rules they have in place, but we both always make a conscious effort to do the right thing 👍

Cam if you are going to use NT parks and cannot change the park from Litchfield then if you are using a apple phone reduce screen size to 50% and then you can. On a android you need to select desktop! Hope they have changed it but we did camp hosting in 22 and it was a disaster!

Great vid mate, Kings had definitely done some upgrades, I was there in 2017 and the sites were just dust, the dingoes were ripping into peoples tents to steal food etc... we did the canyon was mostly closed..

High 5 the rim walk!!! I found the 500 rock steps was the easier bit. I lost my will to live in the last 1/3 🤣but the best thing on our holiday👏🏻 Def agree the park at Kings Canyon had lovely big sites✔️ Kathleen Gorge walk was beautiful and the kids probably would’ve managed that well as it was flat walking.

Enjoying this trip. I like the way you are including details on facility availability and costs etc. Do the van parks have sites for ‘tenters’ like me?…..everything seems to be set up for vans. Cheers
@WildTouring
@WildTouring Год назад
These caravan parks (and most others we’ve been to) definitely cater well to tenters/swaggers. You’ll often get smaller, but nicer (and cheaper) grassed sites with access to toilet/shower amenities and camp kitchens.

I am rarely negitive, however; this is the very reason I will never stop at Uluru, to be polite, there just takin the p!ss. Mt Augustus with great station stay will top Uluru for me any day. It's such a shame but I refuse to be held to ransom for something that should not have any commercial benefit regardless of who claims ownership. I'm a full-time prospector and the new Aboriginal heritage legislation could almost kill my line of work. Mostly driven by the government. What is happening for Petes sake. Anyway, on the positive, great video and if you're happy to cop the cost and think it's worth it - that's fair enough. 😊
