I realised that most of the upsc rankers are from well settled families and supportive family members.. But what about a aspirant from poor family bagground.. How can they come out from failures and bounce again back without support of family members. It is very hard to motivate themself.. Reading books is not a big deal but facing external factors apart from studies is a very big deal for a aspirant who came from poor bagground in clearing upsc.. This exam is not a cup of tea for poor aspirants.. Ex: I am a girl who born in a poor family and having a big aspiration. To achieve this I'm giving some time for money earning for my expenses.. I don't have emotional and moral support from my family. Some times I feel very demotivated and it is very hard for me to come out from my failure and set my mind again on work and studies..

How to clear upsc: 1. Stop watching toppers video and their life style 2. Stop following their lies after cracking the exam like ... I focused on this that, i used to study this that 3. Stop following those so called youtuber who has channel related to upsc it's all view and money purpose Self advice 1. Always analysis previous year question 2. Make your own time table 3. Find your strong and weak subjects and work on it 4. Don't make notes from RU-vid I learnt my lesson this year prelims. So i m going to do this. Maximum toppers are previleged financially, they have another back up plan too. But not everyone has the same story. So stop watching them.

Every one who cracked UPSC were from wealthy families only , in telugu we call them balisina vallu. There is no big difference if they pass or fail in exam. But what about people who are working and preparing and for people who are poor, clearly any tom, dick and harry may tell we worked so hard, we cleared in 5th attempt, but clearly we can observe one thing there is no big difference in their living if they clear upsc exam in 5th or 50th attempts, and in India only this type of poor strategy is there, rich become rich, poor become poor. Finally one thing this upsc exam or bank exam or any other exam in India it is a big joke and t hose all India rankers are big liars, it is better to do even small jobs in govt and become big officers but cracking bank(IBPS) and UPSC is like gambling only.

OBC NCL works different for govt employees. Their salary isn't counted as income. Only Grade/Post matters and promotion. ( If income other salary exeed 8lakh then CL ) You can read it in govt website. Few things : 1.) If any of the Parents are directly recruited to Grade A post then Child can't avail NCL 2.) If both parents are direct recruited to Grade B then the child can't avail NCL (not sure about promotion, you can read) 3.) If only one parent is govt employee and is directly recruited to Grade B and promoted to grade A before age 40 then child can't avail NCL. Now, 4.) Point 3 but promotion after age 40 then Child can avail OBC NCL. 5.) If parent(s) are Grade C/D then promote at whatever age their children can always avail OBC NCL. 26-29 pages doc is there read it carefully to understand the total concept, I just mentioned few important ones. Her father is SP, now you need to look at possibilities
