The Indian judiciary is neither completely independent nor entirely compromised. The master of roster is playing a double game with Indians working in tandem with the executive behind curtains. On one hand judiciary passes most of the judgements in favour of the Executive and on the other hand he passes few judgements in favour of the public to maintain ambiguity around the question of the neutrality of Indian judiciary to give an impression that allis well with Indian judiciary. Else what would explain most of the opposition related cases mostly being forwarded to the Judge Bela Trivedi.

Solution to all problems in Administration of Justice lies in simple unbiased, delivery of Justice at the earliest. There mustn't be a change of benches before hand as a routine. Benches must n't allow more than 3 hearings in 4 weeks depending on pendency of cases since first filing. Since Government is a Party, they must be directed not to deter any particular case because, it has ambiguous vested interest against Rights of people. Spirit of Law & not the literal word , get priority. Thank You Justice Madan Lokur for sharing his valued experience & effective advice to find a solution in ' Pseudo Master of Roster " created phenomenon.

It’s biased opinion, of course mostly true. The SC should publish the process of listing g and handling g of exceptions like same day hearing or same making ,multiple benches. Also he did not talk about transparency in appointment of judges. NJAC was rejected. The collegium do ot want to show want they discuss and who is selected why, but places the comment of govt on net. All should be made transparent. If judiciary is independent and do ot need executive representative, parliament is also independent and so election commission

The freedom to air views freely and without fear especially among the judges on the executive, the authorities and the powers that be seems only to have risen and become active in Modi's / BJP's regime , dont you think ?
