Buster has to tell Dad some sort of story EVERYDAY! Today he was extra excited because his brother and sister were in town for the weekend. He really misses them and he had to be extra with his story telling.

Reminds me of when my baby boy (1 and a half yrs old) was learning to talk and was mad at his big brother for something. So I would ask big brother what happened. Turns out baby boy was right. I think bird has a case probably. 😉
You are so kind to listen to his angry rant. That's why he's so healthy and he hasn't plucked out most of the feathers on his tummy like so many other birds have that I've seen on FB. I wonder what he's so angry about really. There must be something that's gotten him so riled up! 🥰💕💕

Remember those old cartoon characters when they're mad? Their muttering is like *"frickin frackin, shmickin racket"* - that's what Buster reminds me of😆😅
Cockatoos are very dramatic! My friend had one that liked to play fetch with a small rubber ball & my mom. He’d come running back to her with it with wings outstretched & head bobbing! He didn’t fly back, he ran to her.

@@vickilawrence7207 I am not sure what was he thinking at that moment, maybe it was just that he wanted attention so he was speaking all the phrases he knows. Although parrots are intelligent enough to understand context of some stuff. Anyway cockatoo banters are probably funniest of them all, other parrots talk with context, cockatoos - tantrum ;)

He says I'm the smartest, sweetest & prettiest bird in the whole wide world!!! I also LOV❤E to talk!!! Very beautiful & smart. I love birds. I had an African Grey & he got sick at 21 years old & we had to put her to sleep. I've never recovered from losing her, she was so smart.🎉😂❤
He makes some really good points. At first I thought he was just rambling, but then it hit me; we are just so influenced by the system that we are blind to it. But Buster sees through it. And he isn't afraid to speak up. He comes on a little too strong, but he is committed to putting the truth out there. This world needs Buster.

Honestly he probably learned this from hearing his human mom talking on the phone or possibly arguing with various people. He's also in a heightened state. Umbrella cockatoos are notoriously aggressive and talking in birds is sometimes a display of dominance and aggression. It can mean, "I love you," or "I hate you." He could also be doing it to intimidate his human dad.

This is sooooo funny!!! I laughed til I cried.. My uncle had a male cockatoo named Major that hated women for some unknown reason. My uncle had to have a heart transplant so, I took care of Major while he was in the hospital. That Bird cussed me everyday...When I walked into my uncles house he would start ranting and raving just like your Bird lol...His favorite thing to say was "Go home B****!!! Thanks for sharing!!!

their funny buggers hey, we get them hanging out in the trees by the hundreds and if you take the time to sit an watch them arguing with each other you always get a laugh.
