This video wasn't meant to be fancy. This is a compilation of Storm's BnB's for players that are wanting to pick her up and want to know what she can do without looking all over. Just wanna say thank you for this. I've tried Storm, doing the cookie cutter BnBs that everyone else does, but also tried to come up with my own but the damage was very minimal in how much more it actually did for more effort. Glad to see someone really sat down with her and figured out much more than anyone has with her as of yet, especially off of Air Throws.

Sick stuff. I like storm as a character, but when I play magneto she seems like a cheap imitation, except her DHC is better. I only knew the Fanatiq flight combo, but now I can try out her ground jc combos

hey xero i have a question why dont you tag dr doom when you air throw? you would get better damage overall and you could dhc better, is there something that prevents you from doing that all the time or what? its just a question :) great videos man you inspire me to use spider-man and doctor doom and i would like to use storm but his damage is so poor but i think she is better than phoenix wright so if you could anwser my question you would make a man happy :)

Well I mean some combos are more situational so sometimes you don't rely on them or if you hit someone with a light but the bnb is a medium it may ruin the combo. I play storm/spidey/ironman so I was curious on the solo storm stuff just to improve her, synergy follows

So, what's the difficulty in executing these in practical play, and which ones do you use most often when you are playing serious, serious like "I need this combo to work 95% of the time or else i lose" serious

I spent hours upon hours perfecting my absurd combos and that was only half the fun. Pulling them off in a match and showing off the work you put in with your characters is the point of a game like MAHVEL. 10 more years.

i think people are more referring to the back that bnb combo should be a combo that you can land 100% of the time for good dmg, all of these combos are more stylish combos that you will oftentimes not see in tournaments even by pros. Yes, these are optimized and push the character to be something more, but its also something that you'll only see in tournaments if marlinpie switches to storm :P

I'd be happy if she just had better assists. For the life of me i cant find any use for her whirlwind or typhoon assists so I can keep hailstorm THC . Even using her whirlwind for zoning and mixups it comes out surprisingly slow and she gets punished everytime

She doesn’t seem to hard to play other than kind of lower Damage. I always thought she was hard to play but never really tire to pick her up.

No matter how many people try to create "supreme" combos, i still belive the basic ones can get you quite far in most games. Too bad so many new players want to start doing absurd and unpratical combos as soon as possible just to look "superior" when they win.

What makes Storm good? She has poor meter build and low damage. All I can think of is that she's fast and has some good resets? Someone please explain to me why people play her.

Its a real shame her scaling is so bad for her normals...but then her hailstorm super can deal 200+K even under scaling. Have point meter builder and so long as you have 2 bars, you can kill assists all day with THC.

Have to disagree on that one: it IS possible to have fun without absurd combos, and it is pretty frustrating to fail while trying to show off some ridiculously long combo.

Leave the basic combos to those who want to be consistent, and leave the absurd and impractical combos to the people looking to have fun in a game full of absurd and impractical combos.

The point is to watch a video Storm BnBs the reset tech is fine but once you throw in Doom your not showing what Storm can do but Doom what you should have done was made a separate video called Doom Hard Tag / Doom/Storm combo

bobm40 no. The point was to show possibilities of Storm. Not all characters can allow raw tags to compensate for the scaling throws do to damage thus getting more out of her throw. If you missed that blatantly obvious point after I already shown throw combos earlier in the video then you were either not paying attention or weren't thinking.

The previous Storm grab conversions were fine as they had displayed Storms capability. All that I am stating is that an air reset into a Doom Hardtag does not display Storms capability outside of the Air Grab. I was paying plenty of attention and thinking just fine your just attempting to defend a losing argument and reverted to insulting. Don't insult people just because they are stating an opinion, it really doesn't help an argument other than showing weakness.

bobm40 at no point did I insult you. Your "losing argument" that you speak of is that you still missed the point. The point is understanding of your character. What you are failing to reize is that raw tagging into Doom or any other character with a solid OTG is still showing off her capabilities as a 400k combo that doesnt build the meter it uses is not sufficient let alone smart at all unless it will kill which usually is not the case. You would treat this the same way as it is the practical option if your team has the ability to do it.
