Always a joy to fly, my UMX Air Tractor is still one of the best micros in my hangar. Even after almost lawn darting it flying inverted (thank God for SAFE being faster than my thumbs) and a bad landing
Awesome flight my friend. You dusted them there fields very fast !!! This umx is on sale at HH for $139. But it will be off sale by the time I get paid unfortunately. I did catch the hobbyzone 4th of July sale got me a Piper J3 cub v4 1400mm with floats its a PNP but I got it on sale for $159. Unbelievable price for a large scale airplane it has a clear canopy with pilot and many scale features. I still want a crop duster but I think I am going for the large size since I have a nice long runway. Thanks for the video Alex you have a wonderful day. PEACE ✌️ ☮️
You guys in the US are lucky you get so many sales, far less here and with less products. If you can get the big one I'm sure it's even better and it will be right at home at your new spot.
@@Bellairvideo I wanted the large one for a long time, I was over the moon when they announced the UMX. I'm sure the big version flies at least as well as this one, maybe someday I can get one as well.
The Voodoo I kind of skipped because I'm not a big fan of the color combo. The Detroit Miss on the other hand looks great, I will probably get one, there were just others I wanted more until now.
Years ago I was flying inverted with my Champ minutes at a time. When you have just a couple of planes you get bored and try learning new things. Now with so many I feel like I don't have the time to really get comfortable with them. But I think I'm done with purchases for a while as I have other things to pour money into at the moment. Will try to finish some 3d printed ones that are way overdue though. All I need is free time, and that's rare for me these days.
@@A.M.-RC I've tapped the brakes on purchases as well. So much foam in this house we don't need insulation! Four that I haven't even flown out of fear of my rogue fields. I recently found out about a big athletic practice field about 30 minutes from here. Haven't checked it out yet. What 3D planes are you working on?
Man these notifications are weird, just saw it now. I have a Mig 21 printed, a P-51, Extra 330, and an Eclipson model A. All need assembly and maybe some electronics. Plus a bunch I have my eyes on, but I'm holding off until I get the others built.
Hard to say. I don't have the TT Evo yet, just the older 2s model, compared to that, yes I like it more, and I think it would be the same with the Evo. I feel it flies a lot like my T-28. The Timber can probably fly a bit slower and take off rougher surfaces but I feel the Air Tractors is more enjoyable to fly overall. I always thought of it as a low wing Timber.
